Library, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, board games, etc. Own terrace and sunbathing area with deckchair and seating. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses and hypo-allergenic bedding. If required sleeping possibility in separate rooms possible. The bathroom has a fixed shower cubicle, WC, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, bathrobes, etc. Other extras: Wi-Fi, covered parking for bicycles, the apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, no carpets
