As Lighthouse Towers has a 28-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 28 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the unit for a minimum term of 28 consecutive days. Reservations are set for four-week minimum periods throughout the year.
The entire building will be painted starting November 16, 2023, and will likely conclude in December 2023. During working hours, painters will be present around the complex.
Due to Hurricanes in 2024, Outdoor amenities could be down during stay or have limited hours / days opened during your stay. Please be aware there is construction being done Monday thru Friday, so noise can be heard daily and should be expected during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
