It consists of a living room, dining room integrated with the kitchen, toilet, TV room, bathroom, laundry room and a balcony with a table for lunch. Its outdoor area has a gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven, swimming pool, sauna and garden.
The layout of the property's rooms: 02 master suites with king bed, 01 suite with queen bed, 01 suite with double bed and 02 rooms with double bed.

Minimum of 02 nights

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside of office hours.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
Pets are allowed, subject to prior notice.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
