The apartment is newly remodeled so most of the it is new. I like to keep everything clean and tidy.
The location is excellent because is a very safe area to walk around. You will find the neighborhood full of live.
The public transportation is in walking distance so you can move fast within the city.
For your safety and all persons sleeping in the apartment, I have surveillance cameras in common areas, and the building has them as well in ground floor
