Property is 1600sq ft decorated with an elegant, yet playful, Tennessee vibe. The open concept consists of 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath. With 2 queen beds & a queen pullout couch, it comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Kids room sleeps 2 children in the cabin bunkbed and 2 children in the oversized teepee equipped with a comfortable mattress. Located less than 5 miles from Dollywood, Adventure Zoo, Gravity Park, Mountain coasters, Zip lining, Island of Pigeon Forge, Soaky Mountain Waterpark, the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles from Gatlinburg & Ober Ski Mountain.
Although we personally love and enjoy our four legged friends, we are UNABLE to accommodate them due to staff / cleaning crew having severe allergies to animal dander that could put their life at risk. Despite that one important restriction, we hope to hear from you soon. Take care and God bless!

As avid overnight rental travelers, we wanted to enter the arena to provide a better level of service than what we've experienced. While some may prefer more space and/or privacy, we offer a more interactive style of hosting. We believe in an open and approachable style of communication that nurtures transparency. While there will be automated messages, we want to be available for our guests to create a dialogue throughout the process; allowing us the opportunity to help create an itinerary as well as to put their minds at ease to lessen the anxiety associated with renting someone else's property. For those who prefer minimal interaction, we want to assure you that we will not be intrusive. We wanted our home to feel as welcoming and genuine as your own personal home. We wanted our guests to enter a place that makes them feel like they can kick off their shoes and relax in a city that truly appreciates their tourists. With decorations geared to both children and adults alike, we sought out to capture the perfect balance between playful and elegance. A lot of thought was put into the furniture and decorations and we hope you find it to be soothing; especially after spending a long day of walking, or playing in the waters of the Tennessee river, or even swimming at the Soaky Mountain Waterpark. As medical professionals by trade, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible; not only is it what you need, it's also what you deserve.
