The owner of this home has invested in beautiful Polywood balcony furniture for their guests' convenience, and has thoughtfully provided lots of beach toys and floats, a beach wagon, a cooler and chairs. This home sleeps 12 with 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, Twin and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Great kid's bunk room with plenty of toys and books! Enclosed garage for one car.

Place was decent. It is a beach house. Beds were ok (a bit sloped). Bottom step was cracked and one about 2/3 the way up. House is outdated, but it is good location and beach access.

A lovely long weekend at a very family friendly house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this house. We are locals and live in Pensacola but not on the beach so it was a staycation. The only complaint is that the house cleaners did not get the sand out of upstairs and there was even sand in the kids room sheets and it wasn’t us. We hadn’t even been to the beach yet. The house is dated but basically everything works as it’s supposed to
