Romantic rustico within sight of Saturnia

Old rustico in a secluded location surrounded by olive trees. With a great view of the horizon. (Always makes my parting difficult)
The warm sulfur water cascades from Saturnia, and u. a. a 19 hole golf course can be reached in minutes.
Great day trips to the sea and the Etruscan mountain villages. Pittigliano, Sovana and Sorano as worthwhile destinations. Wild hike along the Albegna.

UN'OTTIMA SETTIMANA
Bel casale e bel territorio circostante. Tranquillità e privacy garantite. Unica pecca: abbiamo saldato l'intero importo in gennaio o febbraio quando abbiamo prenotato il casale e avendo affittato come società, necessitiamo di ricevere una fattura o una ricevuta per giustificare l'uscita di cassa. Ad oggi non ci è arrivato ancora nulla.

Very poor communication and complete lack of empathy
We have booked the vacation home for a period of 2 weeks in September, 2022. Unfortunately, my partner had a severe accident which resulted in a 2 hour operation, a 1 week hospital stay and inability to walk for at least 3 months. I have immediately (9 days before our stay) informed the landlord about this and he wrote me 4 days later that he does not take over any responsibility of the booking as soon as the vacation home has been booked and referred us to FeWo Direkt to cancel our stay. I called FeWo Direkt and they told me it was too late to cancel but considering the circumstances we can ask the landlord to postpone our vacation. According to FeWo Direkt, the landlord should answer such request within 48 hours. FeWo Direkt told me that responsibilities of the booking are with the landlord only. I sent the change request that same day and it took the landlord 8 days (!) to decline our request. As the landlord did not show any goodwill to reimburse (part of) our money or postpone our stay, we decided to stay in the vacation home only the 2nd week and the hospital provided special equipment so that my partner would at least be able to travel so long by car. When I informed the landlord about our plans, he wrote back that Anna would pick us up and show us the home. However, based on the additional information in his messages it turned out that this vacation home is very primitive. One can not use 2 "Stromfresser" in parallel, because this may blow the fuse, the route to the house is not paved and only suitable for a SUV, the house does not provide "hotel comfort", we would need to connect lights, sockets and switches so we would have light outside and the house and surroundings are not suitable for disabled people. After another message arrived, stating that no feedback from Anna was received, we decided not to go anymore. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and we lost all our money. * Elements which we could not judge because we did not stay in the home have been rated with 4 stars.

Sehr abgelegen aber sehr schön.
Zu den Quellen ist es definitiv zu weit, somit hat uns der Pool abends gefehlt. Ans Meer sind es 90 min. Wir können den Tuscany Beach sehr empfehlen mit Hund.

Bei der Übergabe etwas ruckelig, wenn man kein Italienisch spricht, aber mit Hilfe der Besitzers gut zu bewältigen. Bei 37 Grad im Schatten sehr war diesen Sommer, sonst tadelsos. Alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Informationen in der Unterkunft. Absolute Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen, Energie und Kraft tanken.

Urlaub im Rustico
Wir hatten vom 04. - 16.07.22 gebucht. Nach Ankunft im Ort sollten wir Anna anrufen, die uns den Weg zum Rustico zeigen und den Schlüssel übergeben sollte. Doch Anna wusste von nichts und erwartete uns erst am 16.7. Hinzu kam, dass Anna nur italienisch spricht. Ein Anruf beim Hausherrn klärte die Situation und Anna fuhr mit uns zum Rustico. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist katastrophal und unserer Meinung nach nur mit SUV zu empfehlen (wir reisten mit Audi A4 und Mercedes C-Klasse an). Leider wurde uns das erst mitgeteilt, als wir die genaue Adresse des Hauses vor unserer Abreise erfragen wollten . Anna überzog dann die Betten und reinigte im Schnelldurchlauf das Haus. Die Bäder, insbesondere die WC's waren jedoch nicht geputzt. Das Haus an sich könnte ein richtiges Kleinod sein da die Aussicht wirklich wunderschön ist und die Ruhe herrlich. Allerdings wären dafür noch einige Handgriffe nötig. Leider ist der Sitzplatz unter der "weinberankten" Pergola ab spätem Vormittag in der vollen Sonne da der Wein (noch) kein Blätterdach bietet. Dafür stehen Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Ach ja, es hat eine Nacht mal geregnet, dann tropfte es im Kaminzimmer von der Decke. Im EG-Schlafzimmer fielen bleistiftdicke, lange Tausendfüßler von der Decke. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Geschirrspüler leistete bei 4 Personen gute Dienste.

Casale immerso nella natura
Bellissima esperienza nel casale del signor Michael. Casale attrezzato di tutto il necessario, vista magnifica e pace assoluta nella natura. Si possono ammirare anche le più belle specie di animali selvatici. Bella zona di partenza per visitare le più belle cittadine toscane.

Absolut Coronasicher !
Diese "Villa Toskana" liegt wunderschön in der Natur. Wir haben atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Aufgänge erlebt. Die Kinder haben Tiere in freier Natur entdeckt wie z.B. Schildkröte, Stachelschwein, Pfau.... Die Aufteilung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man kann dort mit zwei Familien prima Urlaub machen, die Schlafräume sind gut getrennt und jeder hat ein Bad dabei. Der Garten bietet für die Kinder jede Menge zu entdecken.
