-THE HOME-
Huge private indoor swimming pool. The large pool has a shallow end great for children as well as a deep end with diving board. Access to the pool is secured by a keypad for child safety. Pool heat requires payment of an additional fee but be sure to ask to determine if a package deal is available.

Over 9000 sq ft of living space: This home is big. The home has 9 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 different living rooms, 2 dining areas, a large open kitchen, a huge game room, pool table, ping pong, giant jenga, poker table, giant connect 4, an additional kitchen on the lower level with popcorn machine, snow cone machine and more.

The master bedroom ensuite is large and features heated bathroom floor, luxury jetted jacuzzi tub, steam shower, double vanities, and direct patio access.

THE PROPERTY- Rural and private setting on 10 acres. Turkey and deer are familiar sights along with eagles, hawks, ducks, swans and a few heron.

LOCATION
This home is a short distance to the town of Gobles where you can find a great mexican restaurant, pizza, and other shops. Take a day trip to Lake Michigan beaches within 30 minutes. Several public golf courses located close by as well as wineries, casino, off road vehicle trails, and 2 great ski resorts (Timber Ridge and Bittersweet).

Please send the Host an inquiry prior to booking a reservation with over 8 guests in order to confirm the number of Guests included, what additional Guest fees may apply, and to inquire if any discounts may be available.

*The indoor hot tub in the actual pool room was replaced with a new more modern outdoor hot tub located just outside of the pool room. There is only one hot tub and it is outdoors. The indoor hot tub is the future location of a new steam room!

Great place

Indoor pool and hot tub were great. The house is huge and there is plenty of room for our large group to not be on top of each other the whole time. Tons of beds and bedrooms. The house had everything we needed to make meals and there were plenty of pool floats for us to use.The property manager and owner were in touch before and during the trip and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was really appreciated.

Pool not heated

The house needs a lot of improvements1. The main door lock need batteries can’t lock2. One of the bathroom in the basement do not have the shower is not working 3.Power outage 4.arcade machine not working 5. But the main reason why we rent the house was the POOL WA NOT HEATED .Christy was trying to make our Trip pleasant I understand is not her fault. Adam the owner is the one who need take action in all those issues .I read previous customer reviews from one year ago and all the issues I mentioned still .

Friends and family get away

The house was clean and easy to access. we loved the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the deck(s). It was a perfect stay for our group.

Great Retreat

The property was easy to get to, close enough to groceries and shopping centers so we didnt have to worry about keeping stock. The lake was lovely and the pool room got a lot of use. Plenty of space for our large group to spread out.

Last Minute Vacay

Some friends decided that we should do a last minute friend family vacation. The property was perfect for multiple families. Plenty of space, amazing pool, hot tub, toys for you little, accommodating kitchen, and property manager. We would definitely go back.

We had a blast-big house with lots of bedrooms. Great pool, pond, fire pit. Close to the grocery store, ice cream shops etc. Highly recommend.

Best place

We had a great time. We had so much to do there that we didn't have to leave the property at all. The host was very kind and was available for any question. She even went out of her way to help us out with an emergency medical product we forgot to bring. We will come back and we recommend this place a lot.

Gobles Getaway

We had a large group with varying ages of children from infant to teen, and there was something to keep everyone entertained. My parents were able to have their kids and grandkids all under one roof (more than comfortably). Great fishing and pool!

Indoor pool was a great winter get away.

We had a great stay. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the hot tub in the snow was awesome. The massage chair was a hit, and everyone enjoyed the pool table. We had issues getting in, so make sure you’ve opened a line of communication prior to your stay, but we got it, and the host was in contact after to follow up with us. We’re planning to book another stay soon.

The pictures are missleading pool not heated, hot tub only one jet works, not treated, pontoon had to pay $350 extra to use it, motor had issues so that was out, playground weeds and poison growing around the swing set, patio and deck needs power washed. BAll bathrooms had issues. Kitchen not equipped to cook for large family it was a let downwashed,.bwdriveway area,

Beautiful home

About 12 of us came out to the property which would fit way more. The house was amazing as was the entire property. A great place to bring children as well. Adam was great communicating before the trip and during to insure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our annual winter weekend

Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.

Great vacation!

Adam was a wonderful host. He was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The house was beautiful and super comfortable for our entire family! The pool was definitely the highlight of our trip (as we were there in the winter). I'm sure it would make for an amazing summer vacation as well, with the Pontoon and beautiful lake shared by only two other homes. Looking forward to going back someday!

Diamond Anniversary celebration

It is an amazing property for multigenerational gatherings. Many activities to do! The pool was a great bonus!!! Adam is doing an amazing job at upgrading and fixing up his property. And Christie his property manager was incredibly helpful. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful view, highly recommend this property!

Our family of 17 we all enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool ,hot tub and pool table Bedrooms are all very comfortable and a good size and will sleep a large group with no problem.. Kitchen was well equipped. Fishing on the lake was good the kids loved catching a few big ones.Owner and manager were very friendly helpful, they told us all about the renovations they are going to do. I am excited to see what they do as we plan to return.

Perfect for Family Reunion!

It was hard to imagine that the actual house would live up to the listing but this one did! 20 of us ages 3-73 were in/out of the house for our stay and never ran out of things to do. The pool was the big attraction but we had a wonderful day on the lake as well. The house is under new ownership so there were a few issues like the pool didn't heat and the wifi is weak but the owner and manager were very responsive. We plan to return!

Looks were deceiving

First I would like to say the manager of the property was great, along with location to ski hills and a beautiful outdoor setting. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper or hand soap in bathrooms. Property manager brought over right away.We knew ahead of time this home was older but we did not expect the issues we had. Front door broken and unable to lock through our entire stay.House smelled like wet dogs/cats.Fireplace unusable due to being ruled “unsafe” by house manager. Dented ping pong balls making the table unusable.No poker chips making poker table unusable. No hot water during different times of our stay.Primary bathroom shower needs an engineering degree in order to operate. Pool smelled so bad and was dirty (one child in our group got a body rash.) our kids barely used it because of this. The hot tub jets didn’t work, water wasn’t clear and we couldn’t get an accurate reading after testing it for chemicals. One of the bedroom doors was broken so owner put a rock next to it in order to close. A bedroom in basement had no pillowcases on pillows Broken toys from 1980 Bath towels haven’t been updated in years.Bunk room in basement had carpet staples sticking out, puncturing numerous guests feet. Blinds built in between the glass of patio doors were unusable blocking view of beautiful lake. Everything was dusty and dirty. We were so excited to book our annual friends/family ski trip here but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Peaceful and Fun

Beautiful scenery of the lake and snow falling, I stayed with colder weather but still enjoyed the jet tub multiple times outside with no concerns ! House located away from it all . Really no neighbors to disturb . The indoor pool was large and warm. The whole family played in pool from all ages ! Plenty of room and everything available for us all . Ping pong and table pool a hit ! Adam and house manager were great. Will visit soon. Maybe next time in summer to enjoy the lake more! Great anytime of the year . Wonderful visit Hanneli

Place went downhill fast! :(

Fell in love with the place summer of 2023. Return was disappointing. I was amazed how quickly it fell into disrepair. Paint chipping. Heat wouldn't get above 58. Fireplace not working. Cracked windows taped up. Kitchen trash drawer fell apart with a gentle pull. Dishwasher not emptied. Smoke detectors dead or missing (fire code). Dead bugs. Basement: water stains, black mold in closets and main room. Floods during dishwasher cycle. Part of rotted ceiling was cut out, so clearly owner is aware. Lovely view of rotting joists. Speaking of stains, removing pillow cases and bedsheets was mortifying. Mildew on the bedsheets. Pool not heated, hot tub murky, untreated.Someone closed a bedroom door and it locked. Put code into keypad, beeped but would not throw the lock. Texted Christy (manager) but got no response. Called her, straight to voicemail. Texted Adam (owner) who gave me directions for a different style of knob. After improvising some tools we opened the door on our own.Adjacent room had the same knob. Door trim already broken, strike plate filled with tissues to keep latch from setting. Another known problem, received no warning. When Christie replied the next morning, she said we could break it and not to hesitate to reach out if we needed anything! LOL!For 3K a weekend, it's unacceptable. Put some of that money back into the place or come back to reality with your pricing. This isn't how property management works.

Great fun but very peaceful

Adam is very responsive and a great host! Had a couple questions after arriving on Saturday and responded very quickly. The house was great! We had 22 people and 16 were kids under 15. They had a blast from the bunk room, to the large warm pool, jenga, massage chair, pool table and ping pong and even had a nice enough day to enjoy the Kayak's between the rain and snow! House was huge and never felt like we were on top of each other. The adults enjoyed the space, the peacefulness of the woods and sitting in the large hot tub! Thanks again Adam and hopefully we can either come back here or try one of Adam's other larger log cabin homes!

Fall trip

The home is fantastic. The prior guess had a large party and the home still had some areas that needed cleaning like puke on sidewalk and dirty hot tub. We loved the pool, the hot tub had some issues but I found the chemicals and got the water to clear and stop foaming.( I owned a hot tub so I know what to do) The kitchen was great, lots of Calphalon pots and everything you will ever need. The outdoor grills were both dirty and one grill was missing the gas tank. We did enjoy our stay and will recomend this home, I think the issues we had may have been just a one time thing.

No refund for power outage

The power went out shortly after arriving. We had to leave after 8 hours without heat or water and unfortunately the property owner couldn’t help us recover any of the costs.

We would not recommend this place.

We have rented many different places through VRBO and this was the biggest disappointment we have ever experienced. So many things did not work, Sauna, Grills, Arcade game, at least 3 of the bedroom's had lights that didn't work. The shower heads were mostly plugged (or corroded) because they didn't spray correctly. One of the sinks in the Master Bathroom leaked really bad. Master Bathroom tub drain wouldn't open to let bath water down. Screens in the doors to the patio were ripped and taped with blue painter's tape. Some of the kitchen cabinet hardware was just hanging, barely attached. Pool was dirty and not heated. The property has lots of potential and could be great, but the management of the property was horrible. We didn't get the code to get into the house until we were within 15 minutes of the property. 3 of the people in our group are vacation rental owners and they were appalled at the lack of management.

A Dreamy Escape to Adult Summer Camp

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VRBO rental house, and it truly felt like I'd escaped to an adult summer camp paradise. With 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an indoor pool, hot tub, and a private pond with kayaks, this place exceeded all my expectations for a relaxing and fun getaway. The seclusion of this property was a major highlight. Tucked away in nature, it provided the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat. The feeling of privacy and serenity was unmatched, making it an ideal location to unwind and recharge. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group. Rain or shine, we could take a dip. The pool water was the perfect temperature. It's not often you find such amenities in a vacation rental, and they added a luxurious touch to our stay. The private pond was a delight. We spent hours kayaking, fishing and enjoying the serene waters. It's a rare find to have such an activity right on your doorstep, and it added an extra layer of adventure to our stay. The bedrooms provided ample space for our group (13), ensuring everyone had their own comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. What truly sets this property apart is the feeling of being at an adult summer camp. The combination of nature, the various amenities, and the seclusion made it a unique and unforgettable experience. It's perfect for large groups or families looking for a memorable getaway.
