We were attending my niece's wedding. Our stay was located in the beautiful countryside yet quick access to places to eat. Our apartment was decorated so cute and for the season. Very, Very clean and I would stay again!

We were only at the property for a short time and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment and property are very charming and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Only regret is we did not get to explore the property as much as we would have liked…. Maybe next time😀
The apartment is inviting and very comfortable. Very nice little outside patio for early morning reading. Pleasant trail to a cabin and a creek. The owner has done a good job of creating a secluded feeling just minutes from the highway.
It's great. Decorated very nicely. Comfortable and clean. Nice rural vibe but close to everything. Great job by the hosts all around

If you are looking for quiet; if you’re looking for comfortable; if you’re looking for clean; if you’re looking for a host that communicates quickly and is gracious; if you’re looking for a spot where you can take a pleasant stroll in the woods past and sit on the porch of a small, rustic cabin watching a stream, then this is a great place for you. I needed a spot to “get away“ to make progress on a writing project and this fit the bill perfectly.

This rental was private and peaceful. Wonderful shower/bathtub with plenty of towels and dual sinks. Convenient Keurig and comfy bed. The view is lovely with a tranquil scene behind the house. It was a rainy weekend and we didn't take full advantage of the outside space, but we will next time. The C&D canal mixed-use path in Chesapeake City would be great for a bike ride and dinner at the Chesapeake Inn is not to be missed!
Very comfy, clean and private. We loved the setup. Country setting less than 10 mins from Chesapeake City. Just what we wanted.
We enjoyed our walks on the trails of the property to visit the goats and the horses.
The cabin In the woods, the little bridges over the creek and all the birds visiting the many bird feeders made such a serene escape.
The hosts provided snacks, water bottles and most importantly coffee 😊 They answered any questions we had.
We would definitely stay there again!
I didn’t want to write a review because that meant I wasn’t there anymore. This place is so breathtaking and relaxing. All the little details were so well thought out. It seems they go to the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable whether it is warm out or cold out. I loved walking in the trails and sitting in the little cabin that is down below by the pasture. There is a deck right outside the room and is a very nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee or tea while you were looking at the horses and goats in the pasture while listening to all the birds, sing their songs as well as the brook that is babbling. I really can’t say enough about this place. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. I will be back as my son lives close. It is a perfect little getaway.
We had a nice getaway in the country with easy access to the busier areas. The large room and bath were very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay there again and hope to have time to walk the trails and talk to the goats and horses.
