A beach neighborhood within Boston, Savin Hill has a significant concentration of attractive historic houses. Savin Hill Beach is one of three public beaches comprising the Dorchester Shores Reservation, and was designed by the famous Olmsted Brothers landscape firm.

This renovated, top-floor, one-bedroom condo by Stars of Boston features an open living concept, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, hardwood floors throughout, in-unit laundry, central air, and a private balcony with treetop views. This unit is ready to be called home.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

There is a tandem parking space on the side of the house, which can be used for a small car. The tandem space will be shared with one other tenant. We can also look for an additional parking space.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

There is a $150 lost key fee.
