Cute condo

Very nice location. Only think that could be better is guest parking. Only room for 1 vehicle. There are a handful of guest parking spots but its first come first served.

Beautifully decorated with Excellent location

Home is older but I’m very good condition. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed. Messages were quickly answered. The best part: the location!! A couple minutes walk to the beach and nice restaurants and the harbor. Will def stay here again!!

Worth the stay!

Orange beach is already a cute community but the condo was perfect. It was very cozy! It was easy getting to the beach, easy to find the condo, and there was soooo much to do here even though it rained!

Close beach access and reasonably priced

We really enjoyed the property was close to the beach and so affordable. We did have a lot of trash left from the previous renters under the bed and such but not the fault of owner and they said someone was coming for a deep clean after us.

Incrediable!!

First thing we noticed was that it was super clean!!! They had everything we needed. My kids loved having the pool there too! Communication was great10/10 would recommend :)

Short family vacation

Overall, everything was great. The beach was easily accessible and there was also a pool. The upstairs neighbors were very inconsiderate but other than that, it was a great stay. The host was very responsive to my questions.

Awesome experience!

We arrived at the condo and were able to get inside with no hassle thanks to seamless communication with the property manager. Once we entered the condo, we were amazed with the layout and cleanliness of the unit. My family really enjoyed the white sand beaches that was only a short walk from our door. In short, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

Nice quiet get away

The condo was in a great location and nicely equipped. The walk to the beach was very easy, not sure what the one reviewer was talking about, really about the same as coming down one of the high rise condos to the beach. Loved that it was on the first floor and a small community. A little hard to find the correct driveway at night the first time. Had a small housekeeping issue that the host responded to very quickly. May want to bring your own beach chairs as they are expensive to rent. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect place

Everything was super clean. Everything worked as it should. Very accommodating!!!!! We traveled 15 hours and were so relieved that it was everything we read and seen in pictures. Only downfalls are is the construction and beach access. Which we were able to go next door and walk through their gate, so still only a couple minute walk. And parking is super super tight. It’s manageable, but certainly wouldn’t fit anything bigger than average. Definitely will stay again and recommend.

Cheer comp

We came to OB for cheer competition. Check in had a hiccup because the lock’s battery was dead but there was plenty to do while we waited for a key. The owners were great with communication and we would definitely recommend. The condo is very nice although the walls are a little thin, that would be my only complaint. ☺️

Fun Time

It was a good trip with lots to do in the area! The beaches are gorgeous although we did not have access and had to walk 15 minutes down the road to get to it (even though when i contacted the owner prior asking she said it was a 1 minute walk out of the complex). The house was pretty clean aside from a blanket that smelled really bad and the outside closet for pool/beach toys. We also were not provided a parking pass, and it stated that we needed one on the rules hanging on the wall, so we tried to call and contact the owner through Vrbo and she did not answer. Then we saw a phone number and name up on the list of house rules and called it and it was the past owner from 4 years ago. The current owner replied over 24 hours later, which wouldn’t have been much help if I had gotten a ticket. Overall the stay was good aside from these small issues and it was a great time. I would definitely recommend going to Orange Beach, it’s a great time!
