The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing and the host was so incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this home just north of Portland. Close drive to anything we needed, but also located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood minutes walk to the town landing beach. We loved eating on the 3 season porch and the house had everything we needed for a family of 4. Communication was excellent and we would happily stay there again.

Lovely beach cottage in quiet neighborhood with a short car ride to Portland.
We had a wonderful stay in this clean and cozy beach cottage. Debbie and Bob were wonderful hosts with great suggestions for restaurants locally as well as in Portland. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and have already recommended it to friends!
Debbie was a wonderful and accommodating host. She went above and beyond to make my friends' stay lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend her charming seaside cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Falmouth Foreside; just a 10 minute drive into Portland!
A charming cottage in a the beautiful quiet town of Falmouth. Wonderful view of the water, close to the city, all of the amenities needed. We will definitely come back again!
Last minute booking. All went well. It's a really cute home. Everything we needed for a trip to Maine. There is a cute store and a restaurant within walking distance. Not in a town, which was great for the getaway.
We were greeted by flowers in every room. Comfy white slipcovered sofas and darling bedrooms. We loved being on the closed in porch with roll out windows where we ate and read and glimpsed the ocean view. Tidy and spotless. We loved our stay and will be back!
Perfect - Everything was exactly like the photos and more!
Having grown up on Falmouth Foreside and having spent lots of time at very nearby Town Landing, I already knew that this is the perfect location.
Our favorite room was the porch, where we enjoyed our home cooked meals (kitchen equipped with all you need), could smell the ocean and feel the breezes.
Debbie is a great host and made us feel right at home. We loved all of the little touches, the welcome note in the kitchen, the fresh flowers in every room, candles...
Thank you, Debbie, for the perfect stay in your beautiful cottage!
We had the best time in Maine! The cottage is so cute with fresh flowers in every room. Big fluffy comfy seating to enjoy a book or movie after a day exploring. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed eating many family meals in the sunroom. Easy drive to Portland/South Portland and to the ferry to explore the islands in the Bay. Would love to go back and highly recommend!
This was a lovely respite with tons of charm. My wife took pictures of the place when we first got there so she could remember the place before we moved our luggage in. The host was very sweet. We arrived late at night and she put coffee and a little cup of oat milk out for us to use the next morning. 10 of 10! Would stay again!
Very charming cottage nestled in quiet community. We enjoyed waking to birds chirping, and even had chipmunks visit the patio. This house had everything we needed for a week of relaxation. The Sun porch was perfect for hanging out and working on puzzles. Our family of four found time to wind down and enjoy the peacefulness of this location. It’s just a short walk to the beach at Towns Landing.
The house is decorated with eclectic finds that are beautifully curated. The neighborhood is inviting and quiet. The trip to Portland was easy and quick so you have the best of both worlds. The host was available and helpful. My only suggestion would be a new mattress in the main bedroom and more cooling on the second floor. Overall a great place for a getaway with my daughters!
My family and I loved this house. It had a great enclosed front porch that we curled up and read books on every night. It is walkable to the town beach and town landing store. The main bedroom was perfect for my husband and I and the attic bedroom was just right for our kids ages 10 & 6. The stairs are tight attic stairs but it added to the charm. Debbie had the house well stocked (soft towels and blankets) we hope to be back!
We just spent the 4th Weekend at Debbie's house and it was perfect. Cozy house, perfect for a summer getaway with view of the water that made for a perfect Maine vacation. This house reminded me a lot of summers in Maine. It is a well appointed, traditional home full of character. Leaving the windows open at night allowed for the cool ocean air to ensure a perfect night sleep. We will definately be back!
Thought the picture was deceiving. Need to up date.
Loved it . Very quiet. I actually thought we could walk to the coast. But it was block. But we were satisfied. It was a great experience. Bar harbor was a bust. To much traffic. And needed a reservation for Acadia. Did not know that. Yuck
Just a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a quaint little house with a wonderful view of the harbor. Keep in mind that it is vintage so the bathroom is VERY tiny. One item is that the kitchen does have a garbage disposal that we didn't discover until right before we left! Consequently, lots of stinky garbage (sorry Debbie). The mattress in the main bedroom really does need to be replaced. Ok sleeping but not the best rest. Other than that it's a wonderful property in a very quiet alcove with nice neighbors. Wouldn't recommend it for a family but for a couple, it's great.
We had a wonderful stay at this cottage during the Yarmouth Clam Festival. The cottage is very comfortable, homey and so convenient to Yarmouth, Portland and Freeport. While the appliances are dated, we didn't use them during our stay. A washer and dryer are provided which is very convenient. Debbie, who lives next door, was delightful and so friendly. We appreciate the book on the coffee table which gave instructions on how to use things, places to go, restaurants, etc. The Town landing is a quick walk from the cottage and is beautiful and peaceful. We loved the Town Landing Market!
The second floor bedroom is an attic bedroom. The fan cooled the room quite well the nights we were there but the evening was cool and comfortable. On a humid night that may not be the case.
This cottage is delightful and we are glad we stayed there and had such a great time!
We had a wonderful time in Falmouth and loved the cottage. It was very well-appointed and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable trip. We loved the screened-in porch, and the fresh flowers in the rooms was a nice touch. The owner, Debbie, was very helpful and provided great details on the cottage and also about things to do in the area.
Last week we traveled up and down the coast of Maine. We are three single friends and found this precious cottage was the perfect place for us. It was comfy and welcoming. The windows made it easy to control the temperature inside. The cottage has great views and charm. The flowers outside and those Debbie placed inside for us were beautiful. We borrowed beach chairs from the garage several days. We brought a small collapsible cooler for picnics and Debbie had ice packs in the freezer. The cottage had everything we needed for the meals we ate there.
This cottage is in the perfect location. We easily traveled into Portland and it was not too far from Bar Harbor, Camden, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit. We enjoyed our time exploring by foot from the cottage too. The Town Landing Market was a fun breakfast spot and the town beach nearby was a fun spot to visit close by. Debbie was a gracious hostess and we would highly recommend a stay in this charming cottage. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Working professional who lives next door sharing driveway and available for chats and directions. Friendly close neighborhood for strolls down to water. I often may be out of town attending trade shows in August and September for sales in footwear.
Why they chose this property
We are lucky enough to own two properties in the best neighborhood and we loved raising our family here. After San Francisco and Minneapolis, Portland is the perfect mix of urban options and the great outdoors.
What makes this property unique
Tranquil and bathed in sun all day for pretty and relaxing respite to busy sightseeing. Close to Portland and lots of activities offers the option to explore day trips up and down the Maine coastline AND still be back to enjoy and experience the ocean views and the sophistication of Portland restaurants, voted the best Foodie Capital of 2009 by Bon Appétit!
