Overall stay was exactly as advertised. Very Clean. Easy to find. Host was easy to communicate with. Very spacious. Attending a funeral so this was close to all the locations where we needed to be. We did have fun identifying some of the 80's era Home Interiors Decor. Exactly as you would see at Grandma's house. :)

We had a pleasant weekend with friends. The location was country and beautiful setting. Beds were comfortable and owners were on site if we would have needed anything. The home and furniture is dated and has an old almost dirty odo
The property was very clean. The owner, who lives on site, met us when we arrived, we couldn't figure out where to park. The person who lives upstairs has a very cluttered balcony and the lock on our door didn’t seem to work properly. The owner tried to fix it but it still wasn't right so he gave us a key to use. The house was a little musty but got better after we were there for a while. The master bedroom doesn't have a closet or a hair dryer. The area is very beautiful and out amongst farms. Overall it was a good stay.
We stayed the weeknd at this beautiful older country home. We need a place to say for a funeral. The home was ve clean and quiet. Which allow to rest. The only small hiccup was they needed a small frying pan. We really enjoyed our stay.
Bit its really not that big of a deal.
We stayed for just one evening and Dave (owners son) met us in the driveway upon arrival to greet us. Description is accurate and the ladies loved the "Grandma's" charm.
We were in town for just a couple of days. This home was was spacious and clean. We were among numerous horse farms. It was quiet and clean in the perfect area of the state. The home was lovely and we so enjoyed sitting on the front porch. A great big thank you goes out to all of Jenni and her entire family. May God bless you all.
The hosts were exceptional. We learned about country farm life and got to experience a small Christian church with our host’s son, David. They graciously shared their double-yoked farm fresh eggs and yummy home-grown pesticide free strawberries. The home was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. It was about35 minutes from the Ark and about an hour from the Creation Museum. We would definitely recommend staying there and give it a 5 STAR rating.
This was a really great location for traveling around and visiting the area . Beautiful , large country duplex With plenty of space both inside and outside for walking and enjoying the country. Very gracious hosts. We got to meet several times. Don't hesitate to book this location!
I almost hate to write this because the hosts were so nice. The communication beforehand was helpful when I had problems with VRBO, and the one host onsite was present and friendly. But I value the reviews I read that give helpful information so I felt the need to share for those with breathing or allergy issues.
The reason for my rating was the smell.
There was a dehumidifier running when we arrived so I asked if there had been a flood in the unit. He said it was a mistake in the construction, that it drains poorly and so it gets wet. He said the smell was ozone from the unit, and that kills everything, but that it was right to turn it off once we got inside.
I tried to open the windows to air it out but almost all of them had storm windows instead of screens. I did turn on the A/C to help filter the air. We also left the kitchen door open when we were there, and I opened the main bedroom windows (one of which had to be closed from the outside once rain was predicted overnight). By the end of our two-night stay, it wasn't so noticeable, and it probably wouldn't be bad in hot dry weather.
Besides that, it was nice. The beds were comfortable; the bathrooms were clean. All the light switches were labeled. There's a little pond out back where we saw lots of little frogs and a great grey heron.
