Property was as described. Enjoyed the quiet country setting. Great location for our trip as it was centrally located between relatives living in the area.
Great place to stay if you want to be out of town.
We were in town for a church function at Homedale. The drive was about 25 minutes so it worked out great for us. It was out of town and quite. Check in was easy and smooth.
Our 3-4 day site seeing Idaho & Oregon " Owahyee areas Rock-hounding trip an blue opal mine visit. Only complaint was rock hard mattress in master room ☹️. Wonderful spot an private
I was back to visit family and friends for a weekend and wanted to be out in the country. The neighboring property was a bit dilapidated but the property simply done, neat and comfortable. Dave and Caroline are gracious hosts that live on the property and are available but so unintrusive that some of my family did not realize they were there.
David, Carolina and Javi were great hosts and have a wonderful, exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable home in the country side. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and felt right at home. I had the pleasure to meet David and Carolina while out for a morning walk. They are wonderful people. We would love to return during our next visit to Idaho. Chris & Kelly
I think this place would be an easy fit if you have a car full of kids. There is a full kitchen, two baths and room to spread out. There is a kitchen table to seat everyone.
It's not far off the highway, but it feels very rural.
We're early to bed and to rise so it was a good fit with the owner.
All around it was a pleasant stay, I was just a couple of miles ftom where I grew up so it was fun to see how it's changed, we had a minor hick up getting into the property when we arrived. But the property owner quickly responded,
The house was very clean. The only problem I had was the listings had it as a two bedroom house and it is only a one bedroom, Our daughter slept on the sofa. They did have a futon in the living room and a roll away in the closet otherwise it was a great stay.
The listing indicated 2 bedrooms but there was actually only one. There was a futon and a sofa in living room that could make into beds if needed.
The house is very clean and comfortable and located in a peaceful country setting. This was appreciated after 2 long days of moving my daughter back into her college dorm.
Nice house but the 2 driveways caused some unfortunate issues.

Why they chose this property
Living in the country has many advantages. Our closest neighbors are about a "seven iron" away from us and farther. No fences on property lines for privacy. We don't live close enough for those! And while driving down the country lanes (asphalt, not gravel), remember to wave at passers by.
What makes this property unique
There is plenty of space for car and trailer parking. Enjoy covered car port parking as well.
