About this property

The Little Farmhouse - Near Red Rocks and Downtown Denver

Cozy Lakewood farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood 15 mins from Red Rocks, 10 mins from Downtown Denver, and 35 mins from Boulder. Cute side courtyard for your enjoyment with lots of friendly wildlife. Coffee/Tea available. Microwave available as well as a fridge/freezer for guests in addition to stove, all utensils, plates, cookware.

The neighborhood:
Cute neighborhood, part farm, part city life! Many of my neighbors have chickens, goats, horses, sheep, etc. We are also a quick hop to anywhere in the city and also to the mountains! Very centrally located to anything you could possibly want to do in the Denver area!

The space:
Two bedrooms (Queen size in one, and full size bed in the other) and one bathroom. Netflix, HBONow, and Prime video (extra charges apply for any rentals) available on the TV. If you have more than 2 people staying and will need additional bedding for couch sleeping, please contact me. Towels and bedding are provided, as well as basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the home, minus a locked cabinet and storage unit. Full access of common areas and two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as private side courtyard. The larger backyard also has a beach volleyball court. Please be advised the big backyard is split 50/50 with the neighbor. Please be mindful to stay on our side unless using the volleyball court or unless you are invited.

Getting around:
About 10 minutes from the nearest lightrail station, on Wadsworth. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around without a car; however, a having a car in Denver is highly recommended.

Other things to note:
Photo ID and deposit is required prior to arrival. This is fully refunded after checkout inspection, provided there are no incidentals. NO CIGARETTE SMOKING ALLOWED in or near the house. 420 ok outside ONLY. No smoking of any kind, including vape indoors. Sorry, no pets, no parties.

Excellent place to rest and recharge

The little farm house is a great place to stay and recover from surgery. It was a great little place to stay close to the hospital yet not in the hospital.

Perfect little farmhouse

This place was super clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with dishes and cook wear. I stayed over thanksgiving and needed to cook casseroles and desserts and everything I needed was already there!! The backyard was private and cute! The bed was comfortable! I hope to stay again sometime soon!!

Cute and comfy

This adorable little farmhouse was perfect for our short weekend trip in Denver. The location worked well for what we had planned. The house is clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Perfect for a small group of 2-4 people. I'd stay here again!

We just love this cute VRBO. It’s very close to our family members in Denver and it’s perfect for all our needs. Anita has always been so welcoming and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Little Farmhouse revisit

As before, this was a great place to stay. We have family less than a mile away and the little farmhouse is not only convenient, but very comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

Adorable Little Frmhouse

We loved this place, not only because it was close to family, but it was also located near anything we needed. The house is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to coming back.
