A Beautiful Barefoot Escape

A beautifully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, situated on the first floor, corner unit overlooking the 15th fairway of the Norman Golf Course. We provide free wireless internet and free long distance calling anywhere in Canada and the USA. All the furnishings are in mint condition.

Our community of Ironwood is the only villa golf community with tennis, beach volleyball, and basketball courts (we provide the tennis/volleyball/basketball balls) plus a community gazebo adjacent to the large pool area. During the beach season, there is a free shuttle that takes you to the Barefoot Landing shopping area and to the beach.

If you are looking for a great vacation, the location, the amenities, and our price makes this one of the best values at one of the most popular vacation destinations in America, Myrtle Beach.

Fantastic stay!

Condo is just as described. Clean, comfortable, close to the pool and quiet. It was well equipped with everything we needed and communication with the owner was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It’s a very nice condo and well maintained shape in a good location. The only setback that I thought was they don’t have smart TVs so that you could stream when there is downtime like a rainy day and the property management didn’t know much about that either as well as the owner, but other than that, it was fine place to stay

Beautiful and relaxing

You can not ask for a nicer place. It is very clean and comfortable. The room is steps away from the pool/basketball and tennis courts and only minutes away from the beach. This was not our first time staying here nor will it be our last. Thank you Deb for sharing.

Favorite stay in Myrtle Beach so far...

This place is so beautiful! It has all the amenities you could possibly need. Deb provided beach equipment, beach towels, detergent and dryer sheets, anything you needed was there. There's a cute pond out back with a lot of turtles who are very amusing to watch. My family and I agree that this was the best place we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach so far and we've been coming here for the past 4 years every summer. Thank you Deb for everything! You're a great hostess!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Our kids loved the pool that was very close by. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Very clean

The only thing I’d recommend is asking for the pool passes to be in the home. Because I felt like we missed one day at the pool by having to wait the following day to get our passes. Check in is 330-4 and the office is closed by then

Wonderful Location and Rental

My wife and I have stayed in the Ironwood Condos at Barefoot many times and we've always had a great experience. This unit was great. It was in the first building on the first floor easy to find. It is in the building closest to the pool so it is a short walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This unit is located in the Barefoot Resort complex which makes it convenient for beach access and a number of great restaurants in the area. This particular unit is well appointed and has all of the comforts of a home away from home. Deb is a great host and I highly recommend this unit to future travelers.

The condo was great comfortable and decorated nicely. The owner was great to work with. My only problem was the property manager could not get ahold of him and left messages and never got return calls and was never in the office.

Great Stay

Deb’s place was just the right size for our family. It was welcoming and a great place to relax coming back from the pool or beach. We had a very hot week so didn’t make full use of the patio space but it would be a quiet place to relax as well. This was our second stay at a Barefoot Landing condo and we’ll definitely consider coming back next time we’re in town.

Beach Vacation

Property was a nice location. Deb was very easy to communicate with and answered promptly. Could have been a bit cleaner. It doesnt seem like the cleaning company did anything other than provide new towels and make the beds. Do not think the sheets were washed. Pool passes being in the manager's office a short drive away didnt make sense as neighbors had their pool passes available right in their kitchen drawer.

The property was conveniently located. The kitchen sink had a leak and a pot was full of water upon arrival. However, this was quickly fixed by management. I would go back.

Deb and Brad Sadler. We are Canadian and Brad is a retired police sergeant from the Ontario Provincial Police. We absolutely love Myrtle Beach. So this is perfect for our vacation home.

Why they chose this property

When we went to purchase, we looked at a lot of properties before finding Ironwood at Barefoot. We have married adult sons, and they especially like the tennis, beach volleyball and the pool. The unit sold itself due to the quality of the furnishings and the tasteful decorating. It was immaculate. Everything about our condo is great as we like Golf, but our interests are more varied and we like the live theatre, restaurants, and the beach. So this is perfect for our vacation home.
