Welcome to "The Vero Coastal Oasis"! My wife did a world-class job designing and decorating our beautiful home. Our house sleeps 10, dont worry, but no matter what adjustments I make on my settings it always shows 9. This 2800 Sq Ft Huge house has Vaulted Ceilings, Open kitchen concept, 4 bedrooms, Sleeps 10 and comes with Memory Foam Mattresses and Huge LED TVs. Master bath has a Soaker Tub and Walk in Shower with Dual Showers. Only 3 miles from white sandy beaches, we provide you all your Beach gear, beach chairs, towels, cart, boogie board and balls. House is stocked with everything you need and Free Coffee, cream & sugar. Huge driveway, so bring your boat and park up to 4 cars.

Surprised with the large living area for all to enjoy

The middle of the place had a large area for all to enjoy with a place to hang out a very spacious kitchen and there was plenty to do with the toys they provided. The location was nice since it was close to Publix and other stores and places to visit. The hosts were very easy to make contact and easy to deal with. The bedrooms were off to the different ends of the house which made it quiet and private for a stay. We would definitely rebook if we had a need/want. You can't go wrong with this one!!!

2025 Men's golf outing

Our men's annual spring golf outing in FL was a success this year. Our group decided to rent a VRBO house so we could all get together each night and hang out after golf and dinner. The house was excellent.

Family Wedding

We arrived from Pennsylvania for our nephew’s wedding. So happy with our stay. House was immaculate, bath towels were just like home. House is spacious everyone had their own room to relax. Kitchen was well equipped and the huge tv’s were a plus. Furniture and beds were very comfy. The front closed in patio was a plus nice for coffee clutch in the morning. Only complaint we couldn’t stay another day as real life needs sent us on our way!

Weekend Wedding

The house is very nice. Perfect for the 10 of us. Spacious and layed our very well. The location worked out well for us going to and from our daughters wedding at Magnolia Manor and the beach. The weekend was perfect for us!! Thank you Kevin.

Wonderful location, great home!

This was such a perfect place for a few family members to have such a nice place to visit while also having private rooms. Really nicely laid out, beautiful bathrooms and kitchen.

Exceeds Expectations

Far exceeded expectations as the property has everything and more. Besides having ample room for all members, the property also has the conveniences such as beach items (cooler,chairs, fun items), plenty of sitting for everyone in the house, quiet location. No negative comments from anyone in my group.

Fantastic rental

The rental is big and can accommodate a large group. We had ten and it was perfect. The open floor plan is wonderful, kitchen is great to cook in, and has a charcoal grill in the backyard. Master bedroom is amazing! The rental is in a nice neighborhood and a 7 minute drive to the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. I can’t fully express how pleased we were to stay here.

THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECTION

Our group of 8 in our family stayed at Kevin's home in Vero, and it was exceptional! Everything from the large accommodations to the wonderful beach decor was perfect! They even had a ping pong table which the kids couldn't peel themselves away from. The home was so cozy and clean, we will definitely be booking with Kevin again. THIS HOUSE IS A GEM!

Your Perfect Vero Beach House

A group of 7 of us stayed in this house for a vero beach wedding trip, and this house was perfect for us. This location is approximately 10-15 minutes from the center of vero beach, and had close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and the highway. The communication with Kevin was great, and he’s even sending a shirt back to me through the mail — huge help! Another major bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella — that allowed us to stay on the beach all day! Every person in our group had many positives to say about this rental, and we’d for sure recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything Promised for Incredible Experience

We’d all like to thank these owners for a very roomy and well appointed home in Vero Beach. The space is roomy and wide open. New clean appliances. The owner helped immediately with one small issue with the AC. We put up two families for a family birthday. There were plenty of beds. Kids loved it, too. Location was perfect for us. Centrally located, too. Thank you.

Hurricane Ian escape

Vero Beach south was a wonderful place to escape Hurricane Ian’s anticipated hit to Tampa. The house was clean and spacious. The ping pong entertained my 8 and 10 year old. The owner was so kind to offer the house a few hours early and he checked in with us. Check in process was easy. Highly recommend! We didn’t get to enjoy Vero Beach due to the Hurricane but hope to be back. Thank you!
