LUX PRIVATE POOL PENTHOUSE FACING THE CARIBBEAN IN OLD HISTORIC TOWN!

A one of a kind property! This daily maid-serviced apartment is located in the ancient city center of World's Heritage colonial Cartagena de Indias. This Pent House boasts 360 degrees magnificent views over the Caribbean and the most important City monuments, Castillo de San Felipe, Cathedral, the University old Tower, etc, etc. The ocean is so near that you can hear the waves leaping the beach.
While still an apartment, the only one located on the top floor of the building, the property really feels like a single family house, as it is surrounded by your own terraces of 900 sq. m ( 10,000 sq. feet ) and an additional private roof-deck of 260 sq. m. ( 2800 sq. feet ) accesible from your own living-room. On this roof deck there is a built-in private small infinity shallow pool from where you can enjoy the most fabulous Caribbean sunsets.
The apartment has massive built-in gardens throughout where flowers blossom literally every day.
The PH is fully furnished, with internet connection, 84´ smart TV, Wash and Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linen, etc, etc.
Other amenities include a castle-view outdoor Jacuzzi, imbedded on teak deck, and three gazebos plus outdoor cushioned platforms and beds.
Last but not least the PH includes two maids, one a live-in who cleans and can prepare your breakfast if you do the shopping.

Amazing outdoor space.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The outdoor spaces were stunning with the most gorgeous and prolific plants everywhere. The pool is a soaking pool not a swimming pool but was perfect. We enjoyed cooling off every afternoon in the pool with views of the city and the water and an amazing warm breeze. Location could not have been better. It is close to all the downtown attractions, shops and dining. Parking is easy and safe. The whole building is very safe and secure. The bed is comfy with plenty of pillows. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Overall it is a spectacular place to call homeIn Cartagena. .

Dream place

This place is well located and the apartment has a great view, feeling the breeze of the Caribbean Sea. Having the assistance of Eliana, Nicolas y Jorge that make you feel comfortable and with 5 star service, what else can you ask for.Alberto the owner was extremely helpful accommodating our itinerary.

Beautiful views

This is an amazing property in an excellent location right next to the Old City wall. The outdoor spaces are huge with numerous sitting areas and beautiful gardens. The rooftop pool is perfect for a soak with a glass of wine in the afternoon. We enjoyed watching the many kites flying above us. We were greeted by a property manager, who provided a tour of the property. Iliana helped with laundry, cleaning, and breakfasts (just give her cash and a list of what you would like and she will do the shopping). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Cartagena.

This place was simply breathtaking. Normally pictures in VRBO look more grand than the actual places. This place far exceeded our expectations. Our private verandas were huge and beautiful. A true tropical paradise! Beautiful décor throughout! The friendly staff kept the apartment and verandas spotless daily.

Nice Place with plenty of space

We enjoyed the place alot, the location is centered for walking to restaurants, mall, shopping, ice cream drinks etc in 10 minutes you can reach anything needed , and you feel safe. The view of Ocean is incredible, sunset is just amazing. Bedrooms are very well airconditioned and at 97 degrees ouside and humidity nearly matching for us was a much needed oasis. Sleeping was easy even in hottest outdoor temps. The apartment has many outdoor sitting options all useful depending on time of day and sun. Bathrooms clean, Shower nice and bed comfortable.. TV is a nice touch for cooling off also. The pool is a perfect size and great spot, downside is the birds know about it also.. several times it was unusable due to bird waste. In house help was good, Rocio who was with us over the weekend was VERY GOOD , better than Eliana. While both were good, she was more attentive & pleasant and kept things cleaner, especially the bathroom cans. The meals made were good all around, Eliana made a garden salad with chicken that was amazing. Nicholas was a fantastic help, he knew we were early rises and always had the coffee ready at 6 am. The downside is the coffee pot needs an upgrade. Minor issues really, it was a great stay, great apartment well worth visiting and we would also return. One nice touch is the bodega in entrance way, the small shop had anything you made need and just a quick walk downstairs, which was great for beer, soft drinks, snacks when desired. Thank you Alberto

Castle In Cartagena

Alberto’s penthouse suite is a dream, from rooftop views, to the bedrooms, and his team. He really has put together the perfect ensemble to present a fantastic Cartagena vacation. I not only would recommend this but I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Alberto!

Awesome View and Location!!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely Penthouse condo for 1 week - and we're glad we did!! We were stunned by the views!! The terrace is extremely large with lovely plants and a hammock! From there we were able to see shops, the mall, people doing yoga, others walking along the old wall, and many others just enjoying the view of the Caribbean Sea! We have two warnings for visitors to this condo - be prepared for lots of dust and the "pool" is only "toddler depth"!! Leslie, Irina and Jorge were the best! Thank you!

Exceeded Expectations

This is a wonderful place to stay to see Cartagena - centrally located and we moved from area to area on the massive terraces, depending on the time of day. Irina and Jorge took care of all of our needs and were always accommodating. I can't recommend this apartment enough for a wonderful visit to the beautiful city of Cartagena!

I was in contact with Alberto many times, and he was very accommodating! The condo was fantastic, I can’t say enough about how lovely it was and we felt very at home. Very spacious, with unbelievable outdoor space! Irina, the housekeeper was the nicest person. She prepared breakfast daily and made us fresh juice with all the different fruits we had! Our laundry was done and folded neatly. Great location and you can walk everywhere, it was wonderful! Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo!!

The Best Location in Cartagena

I could write an entire book about this stunning property but will try to keep it short. - Location: Right on one of the prettiest and safest areas in Cartagena. We were able to walk to restaurants, stores, and safely move around at night. If you adventure far, it will be easy to come back, everyone knows where the Bóvedas are! - Pent House: Amazing! So much outdoor space, seating, the fun pool on the roof top was so much fun, fully equipped, plenty of beds, air conditioners inside rooms, fans all over, spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and a cool little store downstairs for your necessities. - Staff on site: They were amazing and cordial. They will make you feel welcomed!! This is one of the most beautiful views in town and an amazing place to stay. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I spend here almost half of the year and enjoy having guests the rest of the time. It gives us great satisfaction to share this place with visitors and make friends along the way.
