Serenity Saint John - Goodlife Vacation Homes

Welcome to Serenity at Saint John, located in the locally famous Kierland District in Scottsdale. This single level home is open and spacious with plenty of room to socialize during daytime and retreat to quiet down time for private nights. The home is great for hosting families. Master suite has a beautiful soaking tub.

Spending time with family and friends is what it's all about at Serenity at Saint John. The formal dining table seats several people and is ideal for those holiday and celebratory dinners. Everyone knows the kitchen is where we gather. The huge island is the center of it all. Use this space for prepping the nights savory spread, or treat yourself to a private chef through our concierge service. Ask us for details.

Nothing beats board games or a fun game of pool. Let's not forget the backyard! Sparkling pool (Not Heated) for summer with water slide and waterfalls and loungers for catching that sweet Arizona sunshine. The pool area has additional seating available for dining outdoors in the beautiful Arizona weather. Challenge your guests to a game of Corn Hole. The charcoal grill will have the BBQ Master of your group flippin' up your fav BBQ cuisine in no time.

Golf courses of all skill levels are minutes away including the TPC Golf Course that hosts the Waste Management Open. Day trips up to Sedona, Jerome, or Flagstaff are only a few hours North of Scottsdale, and have unique experiences to add to your stay.

3 Night Stay for a group of 7

Great property. Proximity to golf courses was important. We were in Uber range of Old Town Scottsdale as week. I would recommend this property and would definitely book it again.

Nice place

Great place to stay for golf trip. Pool is not heated but we did not intend on swimming anyway. Cornhole and pool table were great.

Easy stay, great place

This is a great spot. Place is bright and airy - lots of sunlight. The backyard area is great for a group and for children. The kitchen and common space are great for a small crowd. We had 6 adults and one child and felt comfortable in the space and not crowded. The house is as described and the communication from the management team was clear , proactive, and responsive. We would happily stay again for future Scottsdale travel.

Nice house with some issues

We enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as shown on the pictures and very clean. However, the house has electrical issues. The porch and garage lights didn't work (or worked sporadically), and the laundry room lights hardly work at all. The bathroom GFCI outlets went out twice, including just before our departure. In all cases someone came within a few hours to fix them but it was a bit of a hassle. We had to call a corporate number and then they contact the local manager who then contacts a maintenance guy, who then called an electrician. In the grand scheme of things, these were minor inconveniences but still annoying. Without these electrical issues, though, the house would be just fine.

Very nice, comfortable home

We came to Scottsdale for a family golf trip. This home was perfect. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice full kitchen. Will stay here again.

Great location and main living area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main living area and outdoors were updated and spacious. The location was great. The bedrooms and baths were a little worn and could use an update.

Great place to stay

The house is clean and incredibly functional. It was too cold for us to use the pool. The location is great. My only negative would be the kitchen needs to be stocked a little better with the necessities like enough, silverware plates, etc. the pot and pans are in very poor shape.

Perfect!

My husband and I (with a group of friends) stayed at the property for Arizona Bike week. It was the perfect location. Only a few mines from Westworld, 20 minutes from Cave Creek, and close to many great restaurants! The house great; very clean with lots to do.

Wonderful stay

A very clean & modern home in the middle of it all. 4-bed, 2 full bath home with every amenity. The great room is enormous and would comfortably accommodate a large family. The pool is NOT heated but the outdoor space is very pleasant. 5+ stars!!!!

In town for Mayo Appt

My daughter and I brought my elderly mother to Phoenix for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The location was amazing for this purpose. The house was incredibly comfortable, clean and well stocked. The pool was a definite perk to our stay. I highly recommend this property!
