Ideal family house

This is a beautiful house in an ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. There was a plumbing issue but it was sorted straight away.

Wonderful venue

Beautiful property topped off with everything you could need to entertain a large family in the middle of Autumn. We specifically chose the spec of the property to have good entertainment on site as we weren't too sure what the weather was going to be like. I can imagine summer here would be amazing as you'd be able to enjoy the garden and use the bbq grill. Would definitely recommend this as a place to visit and stay.

Great communication. Perfect house which suited all ages from 3yrs to 70yrs old. The swimming pool and pool table were a hit with the kids and adults! Beach is a 3 min walk. We made lovely memories and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Family getaway to Norfolk

We all said ‘Wow’ when we arrived. Even our 1 1/2 year old grandson was running around excitedly. Great location close to a very lovely beach, great for walks etc. Indoor Pool was great as was the games room. Having 2 living rooms meant we could split up and do our own thing. Bedrooms were superb though the beds themselves were a little on the hard side. Overall, excellent, we loved it.

Birthday treat!

We were a party of 12 and spent 5 nights at Danecote and celebrated 2 birthdays. The house was perfect and well equipped, catering for all our needs. The kids loved the swimming pool, we all did and the separate games room provided a space for the lads to play pool uninterrupted. Danecote was 2 mins from the glorious, sandy beach.

Lovely House, great location

Lovely big house with plenty of communal space inside plus good sized garden, indoor pool and games room. Just a short walk to the local shop and beach it's ideal for a large family gathering and also for kids and the dogs - We were 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a couple of small 'issues' - pool temperature/drain blockage/strange smell in one of the rooms - bu the owners, despite being out of the country at the time, were very responsive, apologetic, and got the issues sorted quickly. I would recommend highly. Great place to relax and felt like home - was a shame to leave after our week.

Amazing Place

Suited all our needs. Amazing place. Pool and game room were a major plus. Manager took care of all our needs and was prompt with replys. If you stay here just note that you will want to bring the basic staples such as salt/pepper, cling film, laundry pods and some extra bin bags. The kithcen is exceptionally stocked with cookware, and serving ware and they have an amazing grill outside and the Bacton store nearby is small but stocked with everything you need for cooking your own meals. We will certainly be back.

Great house and lovely location.

We were three generations from over 80s to teens, twelve in all. The house met all our requirements, although would have been easier with more twin rooms and less doubles. Kitchen well equiped for catering, welcome goodies very generous. (Dishwasher pretty useless). Lots of space, games room and pool both excellent and much appreciated. Lovely location for walks on the beach and exploring in land, wew would love to come again in the summer. Thank you for a lovely house which met our family need so we could all be together from UK, Netherlands and USA!
