Perfect weekend stay for a wedding

Stayed with 11 friends for the weekend to celebrate our friend getting married at Bonney Island Estates. Short drive to venue. House was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. We stayed in the off season, so I would recommend scheduling Ubers ahead of time if you need to take one.

Our stay was amazing! The owners were very prompt with their communication. The house location is perfect with beautiful views. Given how many people the house sleeps our only complaint was wishing there was more seating in the living room but other than that it was a great stay!

Down by the bay…

Upon arrival we we taken aback by the beautiful bay view. Even if some people chose to stay behind at the house, it wasn’t like they did nothing , because they had the wonderful bay view right from the living room sofa or from either the main floor or upper floor circular decks. Location was quiet and convenient. House was clean and lovely

Gorgeous views

Booked this house for our family vacation. The views from this house are to die for! My kids had a blast watching the boats and feeding the ducks. We even went crabbing! Very very close to bay view park with a playground and bay beach. Walking distance! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching sunsets. About 4 blocks to the beach and we had to cross over LbI boulevard but was a quick walk. The only thing I’d say as needs improvement was that the couch was old and should be replaced. It was uncomfortable and cold, seemed to be falling apart. We spent most of our time outside and really enjoyed ourselves!

Rented this house for the second year. Love the location (bayside), the layout of the house, and proximity to the beach. House needs some upgrades-plumbing, deck table, and outdoor shower all need attention

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have four children between the ages of 2-7, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The bay-side beach was a short walk away with all the kids, perfect for their age. The hosts were great, communicative, available. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

Great house for family fun, great location, & great communication with owners! We , unfortunately, went off-season , so many of the places were still not open yet , but we recommended this house to many others . Good experience, times, and memories around the property. The views were great, distance was perfect from the home to beach 🏖️. The house radiates positive energy but be careful for the wind as they slam the doors shut. In other words, Amazing stayyy!

Bay View is Special

House was just right for a family vacation of kids, adults, and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable. Central location made it easy for activities for all the ages. Best part was waking up to the bay view every day.

Daughters Wedding

My Daughter was getting married at BBYC and this was a great option. less than a mile away from the venue. Most of the guests and bridal party stayed in hotels. Had my daughter and the 6 bridesmaids all get hair and make up done at our place the day of the wedding. Beautiful view and really had great pictures with the bride and her friends. It was just a better option and cheaper than the hotels. Owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend

So bad, we left early! September 2022

We left our vacation early because we could not stand the grime on the first floor particularly the kitchen, microwave had the interior coating falling off and it was unclean, the kitchen table and chairs, the stools at the counter, the red couch all very old and need replacing, different blinds were taped or tied in place (odd), two of the mattresses were so old they creaked when you sat or moved, the dirt around door knobs! how does someone not see this! the b-b-que was filthy on the outside (under a tree), and rusted on the grill - did not use), advertised as a 4 minute walk to the ocean - it's minimum 12 minutes and to get on and down to the ocean was long, The water views are accurate, and we had beautiful weather, but we all looked at each other and no one wanted to stay the 4th night and we left! The house needs a deep cleaning and new furniture for kit, and family room, and blinds repaired.
