The City of Santa Monica requires a minimum 30-day rental, so we do require a signed lease agreement before you can check-in.
This is a non-smoking property. We do not allow smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.), and we will not rent to anyone that smokes. We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking.
No parties or events.
No open flames, including lighters, matches, torches, candles, incense, etc.
No pets inside the property.
No illegal substances of any kind.
Please respect our neighbors and do not play loud music or make loud noises.
A professional cleaning of the unit once every 4 weeks is included.
