The house was easy to find, clean, and had everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and assisted with booking issues. I would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I, our 3 year old twins, and 6 year old son were traveling 8 hours on our way to the beach. I chose this place knowing it was small, but it had a big yard area in the back to stretch legs. It worked great for what we needed. Nice area. But if you have a large family and staying a while. It wouldn't work. There is 1 small couch and table for 4. Totally fine for a couple or small family, but with a large family, more than a night would be tight. But, we all had our own bed, so I was totally happy for a night!!Still, the host was totally honest and open communication. Only heads up, the floor was a bit soft in the hallway. Could tell there had probably been a small amount of water damage at one point. It
Overall the place was nice, it had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. The little extra guest with us, make my husband feel like home and it was well fed (the Rooster). Thanks for the stay.
It was a very nice and a super clean house. The location was great for the purpose of our trip.
The contact person Albert Ronald Martin 2nd (RON) was terrific !! He provided every necessary detail and gave me an abundance of helpful information….. Great person and enjoyable experience!
Thank you very much 😊
What a delightful little space. This is an old shotgun house that has been cleaned up and modernized for a cozy getaway. Quiet neighbor hood, yard has lots of room to play. One of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever rented. The master batch shower had excellent water pressure, the bedrooms are a nice size. We had a wonderful weekend visit with our daughter and precious grandbabies. Just note that this is a very small house, but quite cozy.
Although the property was lovely, it was filthy. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. My mother ended up with filthy feet. I bought a mop, bucket and cleaner and we swept and mopped ourselves. Very disappointed. Not what I expected from paying the amount we paid for 2 days. Owner said he had swept and mopped with a swiffer. That was not evident by the color of the mop water after I finished mopping. There was candy under the beds as well as some metal bearing of some kind on the floor. That could have caused a very nasty accident if we hadn't found them. We put some blankets that were in the living room in the washing machine because they stunk of dirty feet! I would probably expect that from a cheap run down motel but not a VRBO.
