Amazing place

This property is excellent in every way. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The unit was clean and beautifully furnished. Kevin was an amazing host and stayed in contact throughout the trip to make sure our stay was top notch.

Wonderful Property and Excellent Host made for a truly Superior Experience

How lucky we were to come across this listing. My husband and I were already booked for a Ski Week with friends in Snowmass and wanted to add several days for just us to be right in Aspen town with easy access to all of the Aspen “Experience”. From my first inquiry to check-out, host Kevin was remarkable in his communications with me. I ask lots of questions and every time, Kevin responded in less than an hour and sometimes minutes providing information I was seeking. I loved his closing phrase “Here to help” which was so true. Since the facility does not assign a particular unit until just before arrival and units within each category do vary, Kevin asked what preferences we might have for location, certain set ups etc and he’d make those known to the on site manager. I asked for a small table and 2 chairs since photos of some studios did not show that. So, whatever the question or request, Kevin was super responsive and reliable. The overall property was amazing. I was familiar with its location and facade from prior ski trips even if just coming into Aspen on frequent area shuttles for an evening. “The Aspen” , formerly the Aspen Grand Hyatt, now the Aspen Mountain Residences, is a beautiful building, perhaps with the very best location. Close to the Aspen bus transit center gives easy access all day / late evening throughout the Aspen Snowmass area. The Aspen also runs a private shuttle to ski areas, eg 3 times every a.m to Snowmass. They do airport pickup/ drop-off, and take you to restaurants and more when needed. If skiing AJAX, wow, you are just 1.5 blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola!!! The Ski Valet room provides excellent service and support. Skiing aside, the building and unit interiors are lush and lovely. I think all bathrooms are similarly huge…even our studio had a full size soaking tub and large separate shower. The gas fireplace added ambiance and heat when desired. Very comfortable king bed too. The alcove for fridge, microwave, coffee maker, came with cabinets for dishes, cutlery, and many essentials like paper towels. Cleaning provided every day. Breakfast included is terrific….pancake machine, many bagels, pastries and toppings, yogurts, juices, cereals in a beautiful room. Fellow guests were so friendly…we made new friends, even from Australia. I absolutely highly recommend The Aspen Mountain Residences and host Kevin for a comfortable and fabulous stay in Aspen.
