Nice house

House is as advertised, and in a nice location with easy access to everything. Very comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen. Only thing that would be nicer is a slightly bigger kitchen table to dine at, as even with the four of us it was cramped. Communication with the host was excellent, she checked in multiple times to make sure everything was as expected. Would recommend.

Lovely oasis in Rockville

A very clean, well kept space large enough for the seven of us. Nice neighborhood, safe for the kids to walk and play outside. The owners were extremely accommodating with a schedule change. They were also gracious and checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything during our five nights stay. I would highly recommend this property and these owners, and am strongly considering booking this property again in the future.

Fantastic Place

Our family came in for a funeral. This place was in a great location. They even had extra toothbrushes, shampoo if needed. We were even fortunate to see deer in the next yard , a great treat for us . Neat, clean and spacious and surprised by part of the bedrooms being upstairs. Family enjoyed the steps since we live in a one story house. Thank you so much for your accommodating us at this time. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much .

Great attention to detail

Every need was met! The house was well equipped, welcoming, sparkling clean and well located. The host was amazing - very responsive and amazing attention to details. We had snacks and beverages awaiting us in this lovely oasis! The bed was so comfortable and the rv was state of the art. We will be back!

Perfect family home

My family came for my wedding and Christine made sure we had the best time ever! It was a wonderful house. She made sure there were scotters for the kids, coffee tea, water you name it it was wonderful

Clean and well equipped home.

We were in town for a business conference and combined it with an employee outing. We had a group of 6 and the home was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Christen, has thought of everything and gone above and beyond to make this a great place to stay. The home is spotlessly clean and also has a beautiful back yard that we utilized to catch some rays and have a glass of wine in between seminars. It’s convenient to shopping, restaurants, and running/bike trails. The owner is exceptionally responsive and thorough. If we ever find ourselves in the area, we will certainly rent this home again.

Awesome place to stay. Just a short drive to the metro tram station into DC and the surrounding areas. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Host is awesome and was very attentive and very easy to contact. My family would stay here again.

Family celebration

In town for a family member’s high school graduation and DC touring. Location was close to our relative’s home and not too far away from DC monuments. Neighbor was quiet, house was well stocked with necessary items as well as a few snacks. The only thing missing were wash clothes but we borrowed from our family’s linen closet…no worries. Will definitely stay here next time we come to DC

Spacious and lovely home

One of the nicest VBRO's I've ever stayed in. Very clean, secure, quiet (except for the occasional noise from the trains - which are about 1/2 mile away). There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, so lots of privacy. Great correspondence with the owner, who is exceedingly responsive. The kitchen is terrific. Queen and king beds are super comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens.

Family Thanksgiving in Rockville

This is a wonderful property & Christen is very responsive and great to work with. If we have a need in the future to rent a home in Rockville I wouldn’t hesitate at all to rent this property again. We were traveling with my husband’s parents who are 85 years old. The master bedroom & bathroom on the main floor were perfect accommodations for them. My husband and I and our 27 year old son stayed in the 2 bedrooms upstairs which share a bathroom. It worked out perfectly for us. Our other son and daughter-in-law live in Rockville and they joined us for thanksgiving dinner at this property along with our 6 week old grandson and my daughter-in-law’s parents too. I wanted to have our thanksgiving dinner at this house to make it easier for our son & daughter in law with the new baby, so they didn’t have to cook. I ordered thanksgiving dinner from fresh market and just used the kitchen to heat everything up. We used the fold up table with 8 chairs, that Christen has stored away in the closet, to seat everyone. It was a little tight but very manageable and everyone agreed it was a wonderful celebration for our family! The linens were very clean and high quality. The bathrooms and the kitchen are all very well stocked for most anything you would need. Christen even left us a welcome card and some goodies to get us started on our first night. I would highly recommend staying at this home if you are looking for a place in Rockville.

Little slice of Paradise, in Rockville!

My husband and I and his 2 sisters and brother stayed in this beautiful home while in DC to attend a birthday party for our little 1 year old great niece. The house was exactly as advertised! It’s decorated simply and tastefully. Everything we needed was provided. The dining table accommodates a small group, but there is another table and chairs that can be quickly set up to accommodate a larger group. The house is close to the subway, restaurants, stores, etc. There’s a big yard with some outdoor furniture to be enjoyed (when it’s a little warmer). There is also plenty of room to relax and unwind! The owner is extremely nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful! We would highly recommend this property if you are in need of a rental in the DC area!
