In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 40 m from the sea. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 400 m. Tennis 700 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Family vacation in Portobello
The +: well placed in a calm and protected environment. Pleasant terraces whatever the weather and the hour. Beach accessible at 400 m. The -: Poorly maintained house, recovered dirty. Used appliances, electricity of the house to be taken over. Garbage management and key recovery are very complicated. Portobello is quite isolated: very few shops nearby.

Haus in wunderbarer Lage
Das Haus liegt ganz am Rand der Siedlung von Portobello. Nur Bewohner haben Zugang zur Siedlung. Wunderbarer Blick vom Haus auf die Felsen. Direkt am Haus ist der Zugang zum Wasser möglich, jedoch schwimmen nicht so einfach, da es recht seicht ist und die Steine im Wasser recht rutschig. Der nächste Sandstrand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Es gibt mehrere schöne Strände innerhalb der Siedlung, Badeschuhe trotzdem empfehlenswert. Im Zentrum gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Backofen und Herd haben sehr gut funktioniert! Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Gläser und Besteck und Tassen wie so oft in Ferienhäusern nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen. Weil: Gläser angelaufen und trüb, Besteck alt und unansehnlich. Die Teller sind ok. Auflaufformen gibt es auch. Die Sitzecke hat sehr weiche Polster, die könnten mal erneuert werden. gammelige dünne Auflagen für die Liegestühle. Alles etwas lieblos. Das Thema Mülltrennung wurde schon öfters erwähnt, das ist aber in ganz Sardinien so streng geregelt, dass die Siedlung Portobello keine Container anbietet, dafür kann die Agentur nichts. Die Wegbeschreibung ist top! Den Schlüssel gibt es beim Torwächter zur vereinbarten Zeit.

Das Haus lebt von der aussergewöhnlichen Lage direkt am Meer. Bei Wind resp. Wellen kann es aber sein, dass gleich vor dem Haus baden nicht möglich ist da es sehr felsiges Ufer hat. Das Haus müsste renoviert werden. Die Küche ist alt und etwas schmuddelig. Die Betten, Sitzpolster, Liegestühle mit Kissen müssten dringend ersetz werden. WLAN hatten wir nicht. Die Anlage ist aber sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Restaurants etc gibts nur eines in der Anlage, ansonsten eher verstreut in der Umgebung.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Mängeln
Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat alles, was man braucht. Dennoch: In der Küche kann man kaum ein Elektrogerät bedienen, ohne dass man einen Stromschlag erhält! Die Installationen sind so alt das ist einfach nur gefährlich! Die Küche und das Mobiliar sollten DRINGEND renoviert/ersetzt werden. Für die extrem mühsame Abfallentsorgung sollten Säcke zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Haus mit schöner Lage direkt am Meer
Das Haus war der Beschreibung entsprechend. Die Lage direkt am Meer einzigartig. Die dazu gebuchten Handtücher waren teilweise durchlöcherte Putzlappen. Das liegt aber wohl nicht am Hausbesitzer. Ameisen im Haus gibt es reichlich, konnten aber immer wieder mit Chemiekeulen beseitigt werden.

Die Lage ist super. Die Sauberkeit ist gar nicht gut gewesen bei der Ankunft. Die Küche ist in keinem guten Zustand dort sollte man sicher etwas renovieren, etc. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Tablar heruntergekommen sowie die Wand-Dekoration. Der Preis wird sicher wett gemacht wegen der Lage, ansonsten ist es sehr schön in Portobello. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein Getto, vorallem war die Zeit schriftlich abgemacht, ca. 2 Std. früher und dies hat gar nicht geklappt.

Was will man Meer :-)
Das Haus liegt herrlich und ist für 6 Personen sehr passend. Es liegt am Ende der Feriensiedlung und ist daher sehr, sehr Die Terrassen sind so um das Haus verteilt, dass bei fast jeder Wetterlage draußen gegessen werden kann. Die Küchenutensilien sind für das Kochen für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend; es wäre lediglich besser, wenn nicht nur ein Abtrockentuch zur Verfügung gestellt werden würde (kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag). Die Einrichtung hat uns trotz dem Alter sehr gefallen.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer !
Der Blick ist fantastisch. Das Anwesen liegt absolut ruhig. Ideal für den, der Einsamkeit sucht und den Trubel vermeiden möchte. Wir waren trotz COVID 19 dort. Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. Für den Einkauf benötigt man zwingend einen PKW. Ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus ist vorhanden.
