One has a tub/shower combo while the bathroom located in the master bathroom is a standing shower only. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is not fully fenced, however, there is plenty of space to walk your furry friends! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
