This top floor condo offers a ocean front balcony giving you great sunrises. It also offers a bay side patio that's high enough to see over the island and watch breath taking sunsets.

Suntide II has two elevators to quickly get you to the top floor without the inconvenience of using stairs.

This penthouse has three flat screen TV's. The living room has a 55 INCH TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 40 INCH TV with a DVD/VCR player and the guest bedroom has a 32 INCH TV with a DVD player. We offer you a LARGE LIBRARY of DVD's. These are supplied FREE for your enjoyment. If the weather isn't cooperating during your stay, this condo is designed for your entertainment. WIFI wireless internet access is also supplied for your convenience.

It has a full kitchen with new fridge, stove, cabinets and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Sleeping accommodations for six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one queen size bed in the quest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Nice condo with excellent view!

Very clean and nice condo on top floor. Perfect location that is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Nice pool and hot tub if you need a day away from beach, which is only steps away. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others to book!

Lovely Location

We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

This was a perfect place to enjoy S. Padre! Floor plan was excellent. Nice decor. Great balcony with awesome ocean view. Gorgeous sunrises. Suntide II isnt a huge condo complex, so you didn't have to wait long for elevator and there weren't lots of people on beach or in pool

Beautiful views

Very nice but needed cleaned a little better. Tub had a lot of hair in it and on the floor. Sand on the couch. The king size bed was great!! Best pillows on king bed.! I enjoyed our stay very much.

Very Enjoyable stay

This top floor unit had a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was centrally located and close to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, 3 smart TVs and a very nice balcony with comfortable tall high chairs.

It would have been nice to have some beach towels. I have stayed at many other condo at SPI that had these available. Unit was clean and we felt save there. I also had preferred that the balcony had4 tall chairs instead of just two tall and two short. Over all, it was a good experience

The one week stay was a great experience

We only wish that we could have stayed longer. This condo unit is well maintained with a great view of the gulf. Everything was just as advertised. The host (Terry) is very informative and easy to speak to. My wife and I would definitely stay here again !

Spring Break Getaway

My wife, daughter, and I decided to do a short getaway for spring break this year and picked South Padre Island as our destination. Our stay here was great! Right on the beach, fun things to do around town, and some nice restaurants nearby. First time doing a VBRO and was very happy with the experience! Hope all future experiences are similar to this!

Great Location & Ocean View

There was 4 of us staying here. We had a great time. Communication with Terry was great and responded quickly. The view was beautiful. We got some really nice sunset and sunrise pictures over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We had everything we needed. The pool was great with warm water not freezing cold. The beach was awesome and clean. It was nice you could rent chairs and umbrellas. Was another great vacation.

Great penthouse on the beach

This is a great beachside condo in an ideal location. Parking pass was included and all the details were seen to ahead of time. All we had to do is show up and start enjoying our beach time!

My wife and I are from Minnesota. We have been visiting the Island since 1987 and look forward to every trip to wonderful South Padre Island. We have two grown children who also travelled with us to the island for many years. Our daughter enjoyed the area so much that after she got married she moved to the area. I enjoy bike riding on the 30 miles of unspoiled beach.

Why they chose this property

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island, because we absolutely love the Island. In Texas, the beaches are protected public property. Hotels can't fence off entrance to the beach. You can walk or bike ride 30 miles without any fences or private property.
