Our flat tern is awarded four stars. It is a 97 square meter duplex apartment, with a small balcony facing west, where you can end the day with a glass of wine, while the children have fun on the playground. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom has a shower, and bathtub. You have direct access to the garden, as well as garden furniture and loungers are available, if you want to grill a barbecue is available.

The new apartment "Tern" is a duplex apartment with 95 square meters of living space. The modern kitchen with dishwasher is fully furnished.
