Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful white cabinetry, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a dining room table that seats 4 people, and plenty of room on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee from the patio table and chairs.

Living Room
The living room features a flat screen TV, two sleeper sofas (one twin and one queen), and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The Master bedroom features a King-sized bed, nightstands, a large dresser for clothing storage and a flat screen TV. There is also another sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony. Up the ladder inside the master bedroom, you will find an adorable loft with twin sized bed with books, toys, and seating for kiddos to enjoy.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower a large single vanity sink.

Outside
Outside on the balcony there is a gas BBQ grill, patio table, and several adorable chairs to take in the views. Just a few steps across the parking lot there is a beautiful community pool that overlooks the lake with lounge chairs and a large flattop grill for community use.

The Tara Condominium Complex is located off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from all the excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, tons of great lakefront restaurants and bars just minutes away by car or by boat, nightlife, shopping, golfing, and boat rentals just 4 minutes away at Big Thunder.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
