Located directly across the highway from the legendary Santa Claus House you can enjoy fishing, kayaking and canoeing in the summer and in the winter, you can enjoy even more fun with ice fishing, sledding, and northern lights viewing. Relax and take a walk or throw a pole in, and the kids can enjoy a game of ping pong. The house is spacious and fully equipped for your family to spread out, come enjoy the holidays in North Pole!

Wonderful spot convenient to everything!

What a lovely property! So clean and comfortable. We have stayed in a few spots in the Fairbanks area, and this was by far our favorite. The hosts included plenty of personal touches, and the house felt warm and inviting after a long day of adventuring.

Five Stars - The place was excellent along with the location and host!

The 3-bedroom cabin had everything we needed. It had a very cozy feel, and the ping pong table was fun on the rainy day! We couldn't be happier with the place along with its amenities and surroundings.

Our employee's really enjoyed this little cabin by the lake, every day they sent us sunrise photos. It was a nice change for them to be in a home vs. a hotel for weeks.

The home was amazing, everything we needed and the location was beautiful. My kids loves the hills for sledding and walking on the lake. Kitchen was a dream, rooms were very spacious, the garage was such a nice bonus. Thank you so much!!!! We will be renting again

Picked this VRBO as it close to Air Force base where my son and his family are stationed. Excellent location. Gorgeous setting on the lake and the cabin was just as beautiful! We were even so lucky to see the northern lights. Would stay again and have already been recommending to my son for any visitors.

This is a very nice property. A bit surprised it was located next to a highway, but it made getting places easy. The family loved fishing in the lake.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. A few minor hicups (due to extreme cold) , but handle promptly. Host answered messages within a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in North Pole

This house was great, lots of room for the family, great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. The host also brought a grill over so we could BBQ on the 4th of July. Easy drive into Fairbanks. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Great Cabin

My adult child and I stayed at this property. It was very clean and spacious. We were even able to see the Northern Lights from the cabin, which was a first for my child! North Pole was where most of our activities were at, so the location was a bonus, also. I would definitely stay again if I take other friends or family to the Fairbanks area.

Close to Santa Clause House

Great place, close to food, gas, etc… I enjoyed swimming in the pond and walking around the neighborhood, the space provided fit 5 of us comfortably. A few hiccups while we stayed but the property manager was responsive and handle everything promptly.

Second time visiting

My husband and I stayed here last year to see the northern lights and decided to bring friends this year a stay at the same house. It’s perfectly comfortable with 3 bedrooms, so clean, and has everything we needed. It’s so close to Safeway and other amenities but feels quiet and secluded. Highly recommend.

Clean Christmas themed home. 3 comfortable bedrooms. One shower. 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Well water? Water pressure is so-so. 30 second hill climb to the lake. Moose, eagles and lots of fish at the lake. Great space.

The pictures don't do the property justice!! It feels like home the moment you step foot in the cabin. Every little detail (decor, kitchen utensils, pack n play, the electric fireplace, high chair, etc.) make it so easy to settle in. It was CLEAN, and very well managed. Communication with Monica (the host) was great! We will be staying here again!

We had a great time and loved the house, owner was extremely friendly and helpful. the only thing i had was no ac as there was 1 or 2 nights that it was unusually warm in Alaska but she had enough fans to keep us cool

Why they chose this property

This property is unique because of its exceptional location and lakefront views. Beaver Lake has public access and is stocked by the state of Alaska with an array of fish species. You also will have viewing of Bald Eagles, Osprey, Beavers, many different species of ducks, and the occasional moose or fox that pass through. The hill the cabins are located have been a favorite walking path for years for folks in the North Pole area.
