The house was clean ish, had to have the maid come whike we waited for ckean sheets that were dirty, and the sheets smelled like sweat and cologne. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. AWFUL

Comfortable Home

There were 5 in our group and this home accommodated our party nicely. Plenty of room, especially with the split level. The location of the home was good and easy to find. I highly recommend this property.

Would return but needs a few things..

We have stayed in many VRBO and the little things make a big difference. It was very hot and didn’t realize that they only had AC mini splits in kitchen and downstairs den. Bedrooms were warm but with doors open the fans there helped. Not the fault of the owners but good to know. The backyard could use some attention little over grown and there was no table umbrella as in the pictures. Would use again if they gave some attention to the following: Toaster broken 3 Kitchen table chairs wobbly/ need tighten laundry baskets would be nice No Instruction book No welcome info, suggestions, menus… No mirrors in bedrooms or hallways. Would be helpful when getting ready. Not enough hand towels. Kitchen Drawers and cabinets could be labeled Kitchen items lacking. ie, spatula decent knives… Neighbor hood was great location. Kids went jogging solo.

Great location

Great location for fiddlers green ! Lots of local food options and shopping. Sprouts grocery is just down the hill. Super cute neighborhood. 👍👍

Great find & lots of extra's in the kitchen

We had a couple issues with not being able to see keypad to put in code, but mgmt company was quick to offer assistance. The floor plan is split level, and we had 6 people. The equal amt of bedrooms & bathrooms was perfect. Cleanliness inside was Superb. The view at night from deck was beautiful to me. We did find a few problems with furniture, but mgmt sent someone within the hour of us calling about it. 1 item could not be fixed while we were there, but the feature was removed from the listing until it could be fixed. Check out a breeze, and the kitchen even had a crockpot!

Pleasant House

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The owners communicated quickly and pleasantly. Instructions were very clear. We enjoyed the stay and Colorado very much and would consider renting here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed at this property to be close to the venue for my son's wedding & couldn't have been more pleased with the entire stay! great vacation

We loved staying in this house full of rooms for the whole family, without any problem we were able to accommodate my family and my brother's family, we had a pleasant New Year's holiday, we hope to return soon.

Clean and affordable with space for kids

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in working order. The management service had a cleaner cancelation and weren't ready for us at check in but the cleaning staff were very polite and management stopped by to check on things. We felt well taken care of.

Wedding trip

The property was fine for our purpose. There is some furniture that needs to have some maintenance done, but, the house was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we were pleased with the stay.

Clean, comfortable property and great, responsive property manager. We had a few (very minor) issues and they responded and fixed the minor issues very quickly. Would recommend 100%!

Family reunion

The property is in need of TLC. The yard is full of weeds and needs attention. The furniture in the dining room had 3 of 8 chairs broken. The A//c is 2 wall units.. one in the kitchen snd one downstairs in the family room.. none in the bedrooms. The deck furniture was very worn. No comfortable seating upstairs..

Travel Tournament Baseball

We were in town for a baseball tournament in Castle Rock. We had close and easy access to the highway. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities available close by. We didn’t spend much time in the house, aside from sleeping, but had everything we needed. The newly installed AC units kept the house nice and cool in the 80-90 degree temps. Only downside, mattresses were a little stiff. We’re used to a softer bed. Loved the Colorado Mountain View’s!!!!!

Great home for family

Overall we had a great stay. I wish the listing mentioned that there wasn’t central a/c or that they had more fans available. It got a bit hot for sleeping. Other than that it was fantastic! The home was well stocked including the kitchen and it was very clean. Check in and check out process went very smoothly.
