New Luxury Custom A-Frame Escape

Escape away to this A-frame dream in South Knoxville! Minutes away from everything downtown has to offer: more than 90 restaurants, over 40 boutiques, and venues for events, nightlife, and outdoor activities for all ages to enjoy!

Plenty of room for all of your family and friends! This 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home can sleep up to 12 people with parking on the premises and a beautiful private outdoor space to enjoy a meal or drink!

The space
Arrive at our semicircular driveway with plenty of room for parking for the whole gang. Our A Frame Escape features five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three floors.

On the main level, the open layout floorplan is perfect for large groups. The living room features a two-story stone surround fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with a 70” HDTV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops so you can prepare meals in luxury. The large dining area table can sit up to 6-8 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, so all members of your party can dine at the same time. Or, during the summer months, enjoy your meals on the dining tables on our factory lit deck.

Downstairs, the lower level features a massive living room with a 9 pc sectional, 2 large bean bags that convert into full size beds, and a 75” HDTV great for family movies or sporting events for all to gather. The lower level is ideal as a game room and kids hang-out area.

The bedrooms in this home are spacious and inviting. The master bedroom suite, located on the main level, features a queen bed with an attached master bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower enclosure.

On the upper level, our Loft suite features a private space with a small living area and a plush queen bed, with room to spare. The Loft suite offers a full a glass shower closure with a rain flower shower head.

Our lower level features 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a single queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is a full bathroom located just across the hall.

The home and deck area is entirely accessible to the guests for the entirety of their stay.

Plenty of room and great value

Great place located in a residential neighborhood but right off 441 (main drive) so you can reach downtown in 12-15 minutes. The owners have provided everything you need from towel to coffee to shampoo. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The communication was easy and quick. The owner even contacted us after we left when a package was delivered for us. Great service.

Graduation

We stayed a few days for our daughter's graduation from UT. House is spacious and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time with family & friends. Plenty of parking and close to downtown and campus.

Perfect house for your weekend getaway

We stayed at this property for a weekend of TN Vol football. The house was super clean upon arrival and spacious for our large group. The SoKno location is convenient and minutes from downtown and UT campus. The property manager communicated throughout our stay and was responsive to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again.

A Plus A Frame

We unfortunately only got to stay 2 nights. The house is amazing and roomy. It was easy to get to and close to downtown if you sleep in the loft it feels like you are truly in a tree house! Quiet neighborhood and the house was immaculate. Love it!!! 10 out of 10

Just book it!

Don't hesitate—just book it! Although the pictures are very accurate, the house is so much roomier than I expected! It is well-decorated, clean, and such a fun, unique place! The two large living areas make traveling with a group, especially kids/teens, very convenient. There is ample parking, and it is in a nice, safe area. Our group was in town for a swim meet at UT. The drive to the Aquatics Center on campus was between 15-18 minutes. It was a little longer than I expected, but everyone in our group agreed that the trade-off was worth it. The beds were comfortable, and the pillow I slept on was amazing! I tried to figure out what kind it was so we could buy one for home!! (If the owner knows, I would sure love to get that info!). Above all, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Quick responses to questions and very accommodating. The host and owner went above and beyond, and it was appreciated! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

Super cute house, was perfect for our 3 families w teens who were touring UT and going to game. Just outside of downtown. Had everything we needed. Kids had their own living area downstairs which was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Unexpected Treasure

This property is more beautiful than the pictures suggest. I love the openness and natural light. It's almost like a tree house in the loft. It's also deceptively huge. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and come together later. We had a couple things that required the property managers attention and they were addressed immediately and kindly. I would rent from them again.

Just book it!

Super fun A frame. Set up was so cute and floor plan was fun and gave plenty of separation from the kiddos with out felling like you couldn’t keep up with them at the same time. Couch down stairs could use an update it is coming a part in the front/middle and has exposed wood that scratched my 13 year old. (No blood so it wasn’t a huge deal) I feel like it might have been damaged by a previous guest. My 15 year old had the upstairs room and loved it. She felt like a princess the entire time. When you walk in you get an Elvis-y vibe. The record player is a nice touch and the stocked coffee bar is really great to have. I forgot my pillow and they mailed it back to me right away! Great customer service for sure. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic Modern Home

We stayed at this beautiful home to welcome our son being born through a surrogate. It has beautiful decor, very mid century mod which we loved. Yet it also felt comfortable and homey! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, beautiful and new! We even enjoyed dancing to the record player 🙂 the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was very easy and responsive to communicate with! The location was great too! It was off a busier road but had a nice neighborhood behind it and easy to get to S Knoxville

MUST BOOK BEAUTY!

This GORGEOUS Aframe home is a MUST BOOK!!!! The pictures don't do it justice! It's absolutely stunning! We had 3 families that stayed here, a total of 8 kids/6 adults, and everyone was beyond comfortable! The house was prepared for us to enjoy every moment of our weekend away! I can't leave enough praise about our experience! Cleanliness A+, Communication A+, Comfort A+, Commute to Downtown Knoxville A+!!!! We can't wait to return!!!!!
