Approximately 5 km from the North Sea resort of Dangast, with a beach, sea water bath, world nature portal, cafes and restaurants, as well as children's playgrounds etc. The pedestrian zone of the city of Varel is only 3 km away. WiFi, large balcony with garden furniture. The equipment includes cable color TV, stereo system, electrical kitchen appliances as well as washing machine and dryer. Garage and garden exclusively for the ground floor apartment.

Tolle Wohnung
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und Hund eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es gibt auf Anfrage ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder, aber ohne Matratze. Da haben wir improvisiert. Der Hochstuhl ist eine Art TripTrap und für Kinder ab ca. 2 Jahren geeignet, weil keine Gurte vorhanden sind. Das muss bei kleineren Kindern beachtet werden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und der nächste Spielplatz ist 300m entfernt.

Gut ausgestattete und geräumige Feienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist hell, recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Es gibt sogar einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der Zustand ist überwiegend in Ordnung, die Balkonstühle sollten aber mal ersetzt werden. Aus dem Inserat ging leider nicht hervor, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werden, dies wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt und wir würden auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Nette Ferienwohnung
Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Alles vorhanden. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Leider hatte der Reinigungsdienst das Sofa wohl vergessen abzusaugen, so das vom Vormieter, der wohl mit einem Hund da war, viele Hundehaare noch vorhanden waren. Der Vermieter hat uns aber zugesichert das er den Reinigungsdienst besonders in Zukunft darauf hinweisen wir. Dies wird in Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen.
