Christmas Vacation

The hosts were great and reached out before the check in and during our stay. We rented both homes and stayed over the weekend with 12 of my family members. We all had a fabulous time.

Parents weekend away

These two homes were perfect for our first parents weekend away with our friends! Roger and Amy stayed in close communication before and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The homes were just 10-15 minutes from St. George’s Street so it worked out perfectly for us. Would definitely recommend the properties.

Family Reunion

Upon arrival the units are very pleasing to see and once inside very inviting and new. The units were for the most part very well maintained and management was quick to accommodate the group quickly.. Overall it was a great time and St Augustine is a wonderful gem of a city to see!!

Great service and space

The hosts were very communicative and granted us early check in when we asked. There were complimentary snacks and wine when we arrived. It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry before leaving. Both houses are well decorated, great appliances, and our bed was sooo comfortable. I love that they had recycling options, too! Very pleased. Thank you so much!

AMAZING!

Roger and Amy were amazing at communicating with us. Their houses were one of the cleanest/ nicest place we’ve been at. They complimented us with baskets with goodies in them which was so sweet. It was my fiancé and I’s wedding weekend so it was a perfect place for boys to be in one house and girls in the other. It was super close to everything (our venue, outlets, and down town). I would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Great setup w/2 house next to each other

Roger and Amy were very accessible throughout the process. Any minor issues were addressed. This was the perfect set up for our family needs. Clean and updated homes. Welcome basket in each. Lots of towels and linens. Washer & Dryer are bonus!!! Close to major sites. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, although surroundings were concerning when we first arrived. All was good.
