Close to everything but secluded and quiet to enjoy sunset views, fishing, kayaking, boating, lounging poolside or relaxing on the large balcony. Unit comes equipped with cruiser bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, pool float, beach towels, paddleboard and even an option to rent a waverunner during your stay! Property has a fish cleaning station, BBQ grills with picnic tables nestled in the shade, the little private beach is perfect for children, boat/jet-ski launch and dock with boat slips! Take a walk on the little lagoon boardwalk or bike nearby trails for miles and take in the serene views. The public beach is an easy 5 minute walk, if you wish to watch the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or let the kids build sand castles in the sand. There are also exquisite restaurants in the area from casual to fine dining, most with picture worthy views of the beaches. There is nothing this area does not have to offer a good time. Condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, close to the elevator's. Forget about your worries and prepare to make endless memories with what this place has to offer!


If you wish to bring your own PWC or small boat for your stay, you must register them at the office upon arrival during normal office hours. Trailer parking for these is limited.
