In the evening, a 5 minute walk will take you to all the restaurants and nightlife. Finally, come home and recuperate for the next day.

This is a newly remodelled 2 bedroom unit with serenity and tranquility in mind. The open concept living space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a comfortable, brand new sofa bed. The 2 bedrooms each have a king bed with a direct connection to a full bathroom allowing for comfort, luxury, and privacy. Walk out to the poolside patio with direct access to the resort style pool with a beautiful waterfall feature, surrounded by a perfectly manicured tropical garden. The condo has a spacious patio, perfect for guests to plan the day ahead, simply relax and dine, and remote workers to plug in! For those that want to explore the beach, it's only a few steps away - literally across the road! You can't get any closer to the water than this!

Guests have full access to the whole unit. There is also a shared children's playground and a resort style swimming pool with a cascade waterfall feature and a shallower kid's area, making it an ideal space for families.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
