Upgraded appliances in kitchen. Oversized in unit laundry. Furnished private patio. Reserved covered parking steps from unit. Linens/bedding incl. AC, cable, WIFI, water, HOA fees incl. Gated community- 5 pools (heated in winter)/spas, gym & 9 tennis courts and pickleball. Min one Month rentals. NOTE: Rentals between October 1-March 31 do not include tennis, pool or community amenities.
