Welcome to our cozy and cozy basement apartment "Jannik". With the Baltic Sea right in front of the door, you can spend a relaxing and carefree time here.

Washing machine and dryer are available to our guests free of charge (in the laundry room).

Our house is embedded in a village idyll directly on the Baltic Sea beach. The lake right on the doorstep - vacation in our house stands for pure relaxation. In the morning you will be woken up by the sound of the sea with the window open and in the evening you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Since there is no through traffic right at the house, your children can play safely and undisturbed outside. Pets are welcome with us.

Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man nur braucht! Vorbildlich!

Wirklich nur 30 Schritte bis zur Strandpromenade und vierzig zur wunderschönen Steilküste waren ideale Voraussetzungen für Hund und Frauchen. Sehr ruhig mit gepflegter Anlage !!!wunderschöne

Wunderbar

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Hund herzlich willkommen war, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Zwar war die Wohnung ein bisschen dunkel, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da wir sie hauptsächlich zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Alles in allem ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nette kleine Wohnung

Eine nette kleine Einzimmer-Wohnung. Nichts besonderes, aber ordentlich und sauber. Schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa, Küchenzeile mit allem Nötigen im Raum. Im Souterrain, d.h. nicht übermäßig hell. Überrascht war ich darüber, wie viele Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus sind. Die innen gelegene Terrasse auf mehreren Ebenen wird von allen genutzt, d.h. man kann sich nicht aus dem Weg gehen. Für kommunikative Personen aber kein Problem. Mit Hund war auch alles entspannt. Einzig die Schlüsseltresore waren nicht so leicht zu finden - da wäre eine genauere Beschreibung hilfreich gewesen.

Erstmal alles schön

Es müsste eine genauer erkennbare Abgrenzung zwischen dem Vorraum und der eigentlichen Wohnung geben. Ich dachte, der Vorraum gehört zur Wohnung. Die Garderobe wirkte so, als ob ich da meine Jacke inklusive Portemonnaie und allen Schlüsseln hätte hinhängen können... Müsste man genauer erklären oder auch kennzeichnen. Außerdem wurde an jedem Morgen "rumrumort". Am ersten Morgen standen zwei Handwerker im Zimmer. Ich hatte ja auch nicht abgeschlossen, weil ich dachte, dass der gesamte Bereich "meiner" sei. Aber insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super... Schöne Grüße!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Die Beschreibung hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und meine kleine Fellnase war auch hellauf begeistert. Schön, dass Hunde in dem Objekt willkommen sind. Ich würde direkt wieder hinfahren. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Vielen lieben Dank für den problemlose und sehr netten Kontakt. Wie schon gesagt, ich komme gerne wieder.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Einfach Perfekt

Hier wird der Urlaub zur perfekten Entspannung. Die Lage ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön, die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhandene Terrasse lässt einen mit netten Miturlaubern schnell ins Gespräch kommen. Trotzdem bleibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit, wenn das gewünscht ist. Als Hundebesitzerin schätze ich vor allem, dass vierbeinige Begleiter hier wirklich herzlich willkommen sind. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Einziges Manko: Die Schlafcouch ist für Rückengeschädigte bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Da fehlt leider wirklich die gute Matratze. Trotzdem erhält die Unterkunft für Lage, Sauberkeit und Service von mir 5 Sterne. 😀. Ich komme gerne wieder 🙋🏼‍♀️

Aufenthalt war zu kurz.....

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in einer noch schöneren Unterkunft! Super Lage und ruhig gelegen, schade nur, dass die Terrassen für alle Mietparteien offen einzusehen sind, da fehlt ein bisschen Privatsphäre, aber ich hatte in der Zeit sehr angenehme "Nachbarn " und es hat mich nicht groß gestört Ich komme sehr gerne wieder !!

Sehr nettes kleines 1-Raum-App. mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Ostsee. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter des Vermieters; kurzfristige Buchung hat super geklappt. Einziges Manko: ein Kleiderschrank für Hemden und Jacken fehlt.
