INCREDIBLE MINNIE and AVENGERS Single Family House

Everything about this home is top of the line, first class, and immaculate clean. This is a 6 bedroom with 6 bath at Champions Gate.

This unit has a private pool that can be well used by the whole family, kids, and friends. Our beds have very comfortable mattress and pillows for you to rest after a long day in one of the theme parks. For your convenience, we also provide linens and towels. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for use. The bathrooms are stocked with amenities for your personal need, but only for the first days. The house also has Cable TV and wi-fi internet.

Great place

The house was clean & cozy. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was wonderful! My family really enjoyed our stay. There wasn't a game room in the garage as advertised but it didn't matter, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again

Very clean and great property manager

This is a very clean and beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay. The property management company communicated with us throughout the stay and provided clear information upon check in and checkout. I can say from experience that other property management companies in this area are not nearly as professional.

Family House

This is a great location with lots of space. Some improvements would be more overall supplies in the house. With a house that large there should be more glassware, cooking pans etc. Only one towel and hand towel are provided so if the house is full you would be constantly doing laundry.

Not as advertised!

Where to begin……it is advertised to sleep 14 people but not stocked for that many. We literally had to go buy blankets for the beds. There were no blankets. There was supposed to be a highchair, advertised as such, but no highchair. I addressed this as well as other issues with owner but never addressed. There was not enough glasses, no dish towels, no pot holders. Sheets on master bedroom bed were dirty, we had to wash them. Trash on front porch and bedroom upstairs. It is a place that I would not book again and do not recommend it. Had the owner addressed our concerns I may have a different outlook. Owner did send over dish toeld and put clean sheets on our bed.the house could also stand to be painted inside and a thorough deep cleaning. The walls were dirty and handrail on the stairs was falling off.

Large spacious property

Very nice neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Property is very spacious and has more than enough room to accommodate everyone. Carpet and walls could’ve used cleaning. The real bummer was the pool. It was green, seemed like the pump wasn’t working nor were the lights. Reached out to management, replied took around 1 1/2 2 hours to respond and eventually asked for a pic and no response. Oasis at champions gate was great though! Made up for the he pool!
