Quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Down the street there is the Haitian Cultural center with lots of shops and places to eat. The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!

The studio is between to important Avenues that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Upon arriving please let us know 30 min in advance so we may help you with your bags. Gated parking is limited to 4-5 spaces and it is first come first serve. There is additional free street side parking as well.

We have right down the street from us The Haitian cultural center. The neighborhood has tons of artist that call this area home.
