Other things to note
Please Note***While the last 0.2-mile (about 1,000 ft) is steep to the cabin, it will be worth the view! Additionally, parking is completely flat.

***Also, bears are common in the area. Never Feed or Approach Bears. Intentionally feeding bears or allowing them to find anything that smells or tastes like food teaches bears to approach homes and people looking for more. Bears will defend themselves if a person gets too close, so don’t risk your safety and theirs!
Secure Food, Garbage and Recycling
Food and food odors attract bears, so don’t reward them with easily available food, liquids or garbage.

*** We have two, actively recording cameras over looking the front door and side door which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

***** There is a non-refundable $75 PER pet, per stay fee. 2 Pet Max. Each 20 pounds or less. Additionally a Pet Addendum must be signed prior to check in

Mountain View did not disappoint!

My family loved the cabin! There is a lot to do at the cabin when you have a little down time. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade games, me and my husband enjoyed the decks and the amazing views. We got to see a bear a couple of cabins down the night before we checked out. As others have mentioned, the last bit of the drive up to the cabin is steep, luckily my husband is comfortable driving mountain roads 😀
