This place was great especially having the two floors. It was very spacious and accommodating for my family and friends. Will definitely stay here again . definitely stay here again
Everything about the location is as described, and Richard was very helpful and communicative. The only small thing we found could be streamlined is the instructions and checkin/getting the property unit code, which we felt could have been communicated via email versus going to another destination to pick up the paper instructions. Otherwise, definitely recommend this place and we'd definitely stay again!
Fantastic property & easy to work with management!
We LOVED our stay here! Clean, spacious, kitchen with plenty of necessities, view of the slopes, easy parking, access to ground level ski locker, short walk to the Peru lift, Mountain house, and kids’ learning area, and the pool and hot tub were terrific for the afternoons/evenings after skiing! Highly recommended for family vacation!
Great condo for two families. We traveled with 7 people total and there was plenty of room. Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Pool table was great for the teenagers at night. Hot tub and pool area is pretty gross and out dated. They need to knock that all down and build something new. Paint peeling, windows are full of water and gross floaters and tons of hair in pool and hot tub. I would not be happy if I had to pay HOA fees on that club house. Walk to the lift was less then 6 min in ski boots which was perfect. I think the walk from river run parking lot to gondola would be longer. We would definitely book here again even though hot tub was not up to par but I cannot blame the owner or property management for this issue.
We enjoyed our stay at Mountain House! It was close to everything, comfortable, great amenities and parking garage. We would definitely stay here again.
Thanks to our host and Seymour Lodging for providing a terrific getaway for our family! The condo was well equipped, in a great location and had a beautiful view. It comfortably provided space for all our guests. I would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you for the great stay experience! Perfectly located condo by the slopes of Keystone. Walking distance, 3 minutes away driving from gondola. Clean, full with amenities
Everything was awesome! The view spectacular, location was amazing! Very clean and fireplace was awesome too! King size beds would have been nice but all the extra mattresses helped out with not having a king size! A+ overall!!! Thanks again for letting us stay! Will definitely want to come back!
Had the chance to take our grandkids to Keystone for their first time on the slopes. This condo is in the perfect location to walk to the beginners hill each day. We enjoyed the fireplaces, pool table, and full kitchen. It was a wonderful stay.
We drove up to Keystone for a 3 night stay over the New Year. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and a friend. The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool table and fireplaces were a bonus! The lifts are a short walk from the condo. The view of the mountains from the living areas is fantastic. We enjoyed watching the New Year's Eve fireworks from the comfort of our warm condo. Check-in directions were accurate but wished we didn't have to make the extra stop to pick up the keys.
The property was great for our family of eight. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. We never had any issues with the plumbing or the appliances. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family. The swimming pool in the clubhouse was well maintained and the cover kept the water warm! The location was perfect. It was only a 10-minute walk to the Keystone Ski School facility and the Peru lift. We were able to park two cars indoors all week. The Summit Stage bus stop was a short walk from the front door.
Our family enjoyed staying at this property.
Great property that is easy in/out and about a 300 yard walk to the lifts. The inside garage is great, the unit was clean and more modern and updated than the building it’s in.
The views are excellent, loved having the fireplace, the unit was stocked with all the basics and even a few more.
Only small negative was the laundry situation. There is a small laundromat in the common area, but takes quarters, which were hard to find, and one of the washers ate as many quarters as it gave us credit for.
Overall we truly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again. Our group of 8 had tons of space, could easily hold more. Also, dos locos was a fantastic spot to eat just right across the road next to the ski rental. Very convenient setup.
This vacation property was great. We thought it was going to be a little closer to the lifts by "slope side" description but it was about a 5 minute walk which could be difficult at times with small children and all their equipment to and from. The dishwasher rack on the bottom was broken and difficult to slide in and out. I had to call for more blankets for all the beds but they were brought over promptly. We had 3 families staying (14 people) and we had enough room and beds. The main living room couch is no longer a pull out bed as said in the description because a new couch was purchased. Pool table upstairs was a great activity that we all loved after a long day on the slopes. Overall great place to stay!
Our family of 5 children, 2 in-laws, and 1 grand child really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was an easy walk to the lifts, especially when we took advantage of Keystone’s wagons to haul our gear. It was close enough that we walked back to eat lunch every day. On the Saturday evening, we saw Keystone’s fireworks show which are at River Run right from the condo’s balcony. There were ample bath towels and linens, even for the extra trundle beds, which was nice. Having the two levels with the pool table up stairs was awesome. A couple minor points that would have made the stay flawless: the dishwasher would run, but it didn’t clean the dishes. One of the trundle bed frames was broken. We rigged it and it worked ok, but wasn’t able to be raised off the floor. Finally, there were only 2 dish towels and wash cloths. If you’re coming for longer than a couple of days, you may want to bring more. Overall it was a great stay, and a great location.
We were able to walk to & from the ski schools and restaurants. Ski school was about a 5 min walk. Restaurants next door and across the street. Enjoyed it watching the slopes through the floor to ceiling windows. Every one slept well in comfortable beds.
Overall very happy with the process and place. I wish they could just email door codes instead of having us stop at a different location to pickup them. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely stay again.
This condo is great for large groups or big families. There are three bedrooms and plenty of sleeping options. My sister and her daughter had one room, my brother and his son another, and my husband and I shared the master with our two small children. The location was perfect and close to everything. My only complaint was the toilet in the master bath is ancient and doesn’t flush effectively. It was constantly getting clogged even with no toilet paper. Also my daughter found a piece of paper under her bed that had been colored by another child which obviously wasn’t a big deal but if you’re looking for somewhere that it is meticulously scoured and cleaned this may disappoint. On the other hand the condo has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, fans, humidifiers, toiletry products in the shower, a stocked spice rack, and plenty of extra trash bags and toilet paper. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area with a large group.
