This 2 year old like new Designer home has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths. With patio furniture with grill on screened Lanai. Golf Cart Included. It's a 5 min. golf cart ride to the new Sawgrass with 4 restaurants and Championship Golf Course. 3 pools, Pickleball, Tennis at Ezell and Homestead included with your Guest Resident ID* access to the Executive Golf Courses (Champion with an Additional Fee). Also all recreation centers and Olympic sizes pools. Must have resident or guest pass* the guest pays 50.00 for 2. No pets allowed.
This is a 55 and older community.
This is a very open floorpan that is light and bright. Nice screened in patio with a couch, 2 chairs and grill. Great neighborhood to walk in. Pool is 4-5 minute walk. The 2 seater Golf Cart needs to be parked in the 2 car garage. Neighbors are so nice. We live on the same street.

You have access to the whole house. 3 bedroom 4 beds and 2 baths.

January - March has to be rented together. . All Rental information will be in the house. Door bell on front and back of home. No pets allowed

We love this neighborhood. We live on the same street. I've been a Realtor for over 31 years and I'm now with Realty Executives now. My Husband was a Registered Home builder for 27 years in Louisville Ky. The location is what sold us as well as the people around you. Very friendly group with a lot of activity as long as you have a resident card which is 50. dollars.
Why they chose this property
We had to wait to close because it was less than 1 yr old. I love clean. I have only lived in new home because I'm a clean freak. So I treat this like I'm staying here. We bought a lot of the furniture from Babette's. My son who has stayed at like properties all over the World helped us with the things needed to may peoples stay stress free. We are 2 minute walk from this property so if something you forgot we probably have an extra in our home.
