Located on hole 2 of Point Venture Golf Course. Amenities include a marina, BOAT LAUNCH, pool, gym, 50-acre private park, lake access, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, disc golf, private library, Captain Pete's restaurant, Caddie Shack & more.
** Bonus - Your insurance is already included in the nightly rate to protect our home. You are not required to get additional insurance.
Beautiful Point Venture is on the North Side of Lake Travis and directly across from Lakeway.
We provide two guest cards with access to the Jr. Olympic-sized pool, a full gym, 50 50-acre park with a playground, and 2 boat ramps. The 50-acre park is enormous - surrounded by Lake Travis on both sides. It's great for picnics and has plenty of space, so it's never too crowded. The space is fun for children and adults, with swings, a merry-go-round, a playscape, a small playhouse, nature trails, and a basketball court. Besides the park, there are 4 lighted tennis courts, 2 tennis courts, and an award-winning golf course with putting greens and a driving range.
The Point Venture Marine provides a fuel dock and a small store with snacks and beverages. Captain Petes is the only waterfront floating restaurant with access by boat. They offer various sandwiches, appetizers, salads, burgers, entrees, and desserts. Guests can also enjoy live music at Captian Petes on the weekends. There are some giant catfish and Carp that are a must-see. The Condo is located conveniently close to everything.
We deep clean, sanitize & follow CDC guidelines. 24/7 self-check-in. We are Local but try to have everything you will need.
Point Venture is a beautiful neighborhood full of deer and many fun amenities.
Access cards are provided guests to access the park, community swimming pool, gym and tennis courts. We're on the North Side of Lake Travis which is about an hour drive to proper Austin. Explore Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, get the adrenaline flowing at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, and explore Volente Beach Waterpark.
