This pretty holiday home is located on a hill near Novi Marof. Surrounded by orchards, vineyards and beautiful nature, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with barbecue, a bathroom and a lounge with kitchen. The first floor has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as two terraces where you can relax with a glass of wine and your favourite book. On the top floor, with a minimum ceiling height of approx. 40 cm, there are two further bedrooms, the first of which is a walk-through room. There is a pool in the garden below the house, which provides refreshment on hot summer days. Toys are available for younger guests. During your stay, explore the town of Varadin, which will delight you with its historical heritage, well-preserved Baroque palaces, harmonious squares and romantic streets. Visit the nearby thermal spa with its numerous sports and leisure facilities, promenades and cycle paths.
