This place boasts spectacular views, huge bedrooms, stylish decor, and well as an enormous enclosed yard for yard games. Bring the boat to the lake to enjoy water skiing and fishing, and make unforgettable memories while on the water.

Inside you'll find a beautiful living area and full kitchen with a floating island breakfast bar. The enormous windows provide unforgettable views of the lake, perfect for wine during the sunsets! Around the corner, a comfortable King-size bed is provided for the ultimate great night's sleep. For optimal room, the sofa in the living area converts into a sofa bed. Rinse off from your day at the lake in the luxurious walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
