New apartment with great views and good transport links

New, very nice apartment in an ensemble of multi-storey buildings in South East London (Lewisham, Inner London).

THE ESSENTIALS IN BRIEF:
- Complete apartment and own entrance
- Clean and equipped with new furniture

- Train station and "DLR" stop next door. Just a stop to Victoria or London Bridge. Good connection to the city or Canary Wharf.
- Many shops nearby
- Roof garden with breathtaking views of the London skyline
- German speaking host. I live in the apartment myself, but I travel a lot and then rent it out completely.

The apartment is in a new ensemble of multi-story buildings near Lewisham train station. It is equipped with new furniture and is clean.

In the bedroom there is a large (160cm wide) bed with two mattresses. This room is also equipped with a television (English television and radio channels).

There is good WiFi in the apartment (fair use policy).

The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and basic dishes.

The train to Victoria or London Bridge stations is just one stop away. With the "DLR" (Docklands Light Railway) you can quickly get to Canary Wharf. The transport links are really good.

Lewisham Mall and many other shops are nearby.

PLEASE NOTE:
* It is not absolutely quiet at night, the apartment is next to a train station and a police station. However, the new building is equipped with modern windows. If you close it, it's okay and I always sleep very well in my apartment.
* You can use everything in the kitchen, but not the glass ceramic hob, as there are no suitable pots and pans for it.
