Holiday apartment 50 meters to the beach, new building, Vir island
We are private landlords, live in Germany and love the island of Vir. To make you feel comfortable, we have equipped the apartments with everything your heart desires. You will never want to leave this beautiful piece of earth again.
The apartment house is currently under construction and will be completed in April 2020. Each apartment will be equipped to a high standard, nothing will be missing for the guest. It is only 50 meters to the beach, which is made of fine pebbles. So you can swim barefoot or with beach shoes right on your doorstep in the beautiful and clean sea. The apartments are ideal for year-round living, as air conditioning and an automatic pellet fireplace are installed. The floors are high quality tiled and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.
Villa Adria 1 is only 50 meters from the sea. In the area you have restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, bars and various service providers. It is 5 km to the beautiful residence city of Nin and only 20 km to Zadar. The Velebit Mountains with heights of over 1,000 meters are ideal for hiking.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Apartment 3 has a roof terrace with a 360 ° panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.
