The building company has a shared warehouse with a laundry room (washing machine and 2 clothes drying cabinets) and a ski-lubricating rack for free use by the residents. In addition, apartment-specific cage storage, e.g. for storing skis.

There are 11 apartments in the house. The closest ski lift is Länsiraja (check opening hours www.yllas.fi). Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen can be rented. Pets are not allowed.
